We went for a relaxing 2 nights during the CNY Festival 28th & 29th and there is supposed to be 3 restaurants, however when I tried to reserve a table at the English restaurant they advised it is not open due to the China Holiday. There was then the option of the Hot Pot Restaurant or Chinese and I booked the Chinese Restaurant and they also acknowledged this when we arrived. We wanted to have an afternoon coffee and enjoy the atmosphere of the nice interior of this hotel, we had to wait about 10 min or more for a staff member to arrive and then the only snack we could order with coffee was a small macaroon, which I hate. We then had to walk 20 minutes to a Starbucks. The hotel is situated on a very busy main road and about the only views you get from your room is the road and apartments across the street. The internet states that they have an Executive lounge and upon arrival they advised that they do not have such a thing (Verry misleading and disappointing) We booked a suite and it was nicely furnished and large, also very quiet from outside noises, but that could be because they had no guests??. We turned off the bedroom Air conditioning to stop the noice, however it was still noisy from the other room. The Toilet that was near the entrance of living room had a very bad smell and it did also go into the living room, luckily the toilet near the bedroom did not smell. We went for dinner and asked the staff where is the Chinese restaurant and they showed us the domes outside that is designed for HotPot, there was not much to choose from on the menue and it was also very average and I could not charge it to our room as they said it was seperate from the restaurant. Breakfast was very, very limited and what I would expect in maybe a 3.5 - 4 star hotel in China and certainly not even close to the level go Guangzhou 4 & 5 star hotels. You had to specifically ask for cold milk to put on the small selection of cereal that they offered, the only coffee is a little coffee machine that just makes black coffee and no plate for your coffee cup. During breakfast my wife who is Chinese was speaking to the only service staff there was in the breakfast room and she told us the Chinese restaurant was in another building further from the HotPot section. We cancelled our second night stay and went to see the in-laws the next day which was not part of my plan. Very Disappointing and just another case of build a beautiful hotel, don't maintain the outside of the building at all and don't offer the facilities and service to match what the hotel aesthetically portrays. I absolutely would not suggest staying at this hotel

Beautiful hotel!! We arrived in the midnight and our driver had trouble finding the entrance. We checked out early in the morning and the staff kindly prepared our breakfast in advance. I would like to stay again in this design hotel next time I visit Chengdu.

The hotel itself is gorgeous and good for picture taking both inside and outside. Room was clean and elegant. The decor was also top notch as well as the comfort of the bed. The trace of smoke odors at all. The receptionists were polite, friendly and helpful. Were greatly appreciated as we couldn't find the dining area the first morning in our stay as the hotel is huge. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to our family members and friends as well.

Everything is very good. The room is large and the functional divisions are reasonable. The design is stylish. The details are thoughtful. There is a welcome fruit mini bar. The breakfast is also a rich Chinese and Western meal. It is worth trying

The experience of staying at Louis Castle Hotel this time is perfect! The European retro castle architecture is full of artistic sense, the fifi in the lobby is very cute and the spiral staircase is also very photogenic, instantly bringing people into a fairy tale world. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the King Koil mattress shows the quality of details. I especially like the view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoying breakfast with freshly cooked noodles in the morning light, a sense of happiness arises spontaneously. The service team is professional and warm-hearted. The front desk lady took the initiative to provide butler-style service, and takeaways were also delivered to the room. This stay experience is completely relaxing and worth a special trip. It is also very convenient to check out, and such delicate service is unforgettable. These are all dream choices worth N brushes! 🌈🌈🍟🍟

As a person who graduated with both a bachelor's and a master's degree in hotel management, I am really picky about staying in hotels. This time, my bestie recommended Louis Castle. In addition to staying in the hotel, we also played a game of mahjong in the hotel and ate their popular Wutong hot pot! [Snickering R] Below, I will share my experience in different aspects of the hotel in units of each picture, some good and some bad, I hope it will be helpful for everyone to choose a hotel. Picture 1: This is the first highlight of my stay in the hotel. I booked it directly from Ctrip. The day before check-in, I received a call from the hotel asking me if I had any preferences for staying in the hotel. The subsequent service during the hotel stay was also very professional and efficient, which really increased my good impression! Picture 2: The arch design is at the entrance. There is a dressing table on the left and a minibar on the right. The door can be closed to separate the bathroom and the living area. This design really touches me. Picture 3: For a hotel room of about 700, I was very surprised that it was equipped with a dressing table. The window behind it can be opened, facing natural light, which is great for makeup babies! It was really a bit far from the mirror when I sat down, so I used the handheld mirror I brought with me to complete the details. Picture 4: I gave a close-up of the minibar because I felt that there were not many varieties to choose from, and there was a layer that I didn't take a picture of, which was the place for the red wine glass. It was empty, but I think based on my experience of their service, if you call to request it, it should still be delivered to the room. When we stayed there, we called to request a bucket of ice cubes, and it was delivered. Picture 5: My bestie and I booked their basic twin room. At first glance, I thought the room and bed were not big, but I was surprised when I stayed there. The bed and quilt were super comfortable! I really love staying in hotels, and their bed and quilt are really the most comfortable I have ever stayed in. The bed is not soft, but it feels very solid, but it is not hard either. My bestie also said when she woke up that she slept very well last night. Picture 6: There are welcome fruits in the room, which is quite advanced for a room of this price. I didn’t eat them, but my best friend did. She described them as fresh but not tasty [laughing and crying R] Picture 7: This bedside table has a close-up because it is inconvenient to press buttons and charge the phone, and it feels a bit like a beautiful waste. Picture 8: The view from the window of the room is still very good, but I can’t take pictures of people. The window can only be opened a crack. I stretched the camera out to take pictures, but they have rooms with terraces, which seem to be okay. The room is very soundproof. When I opened the window, I found that it was quite noisy outside, but it was basically gone after closing it. Picture 9: Mahjong room, my main complaint area, 228 yuan/four hours, definitely expensive in Chengdu, but it turned out to be a private room with three tables. Fortunately, we didn't play with others that day, otherwise I would have to play with others at this price, and I really would refuse. The only teas were bitter buckwheat and Huamaofeng, the mahjong was small, and the toilet was downstairs. I went out and came back, and I felt that my makeup was about to melt. I have no competitiveness in the Chengdu mahjong hall. Picture 10: I didn't take a picture of the appearance of their popular Wutong hot pot. You can search the name to see that it is a transparent bubble house. It is recommended to go later. The sun goes down and the environment is still very comfortable with their air conditioning. Unexpectedly, their dishes are very fresh, especially goose intestines! We even ordered two! ! And the spicy pot is not stimulating, which is acceptable to friends from other places. Picture 11: After eating hot pot, I took a picture of the night view of the hotel, which is really very good! Picture 12: Hahaha, I took a long time to pose before I was satisfied with one to post. The following is the 2 Broke Girls we watched on the screen. This is also great. Many old hotels in Chengdu, such as JW Marriott and St. Regis, cannot cast TV. I really need this function! BTW, their shower room and toilet are two separate rooms. They are not transparent partitions, but they are completely separate! Very good! I always think that the toilet does not have a separate room. It is a very buggy design. I don’t know who likes it [laughing and crying R] The room has Xiaodu that can control the curtains and lights by voice, but the TV still needs to be operated manually. By the way, the toothbrush is a thick soft-bristled brush. For me who always uses the hotel toothbrush to brush until it bleeds, it’s a big plus! In general, it is a treasure hotel in Chengdu at this price~

The experience of staying at the Bronze Hotel this time is perfect! From the moment I pushed open the retro copper door, I was surrounded by a rich artistic atmosphere - under the high dome of the lobby, the bronze relief and the warm yellow light strip complement each other, the collection of old-fashioned cameras displayed on the wall seem to tell the story of the years, and even the pillars next to the elevator are engraved with delicate patterns. Every detail is thoughtful✨ The exclusive suite I booked is full of surprises! The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city, and the velvet sofa is matched with a bronze table lamp. The collision of retro and modern sense creates a unique style. The bedding is made of high-count cotton material Jinkeer mattress, which feels silky and skin-friendly. Before going to bed, I also received a lavender aromatherapy eye mask from the hotel. The small details of helping sleep directly hit the heart💤 The smart system Xiaodu, tropical rainforest shower and other facilities are all available, and even the toiletries are customized by Yuebishi. The light cedar fragrance is high-end and healing~ The service is impeccable! Amy🌜 and Tiffany🥤 at the front desk checked me in efficiently and quickly. They prepared children's toiletries for me and recommended a suite that is more suitable for children to play. Breakfast was served in the glass room on the first floor. Freshly baked croissants were paired with freshly ground coffee. It was so comfortable to look at the morning light of the city! The hotel is in an excellent location, a 10-minute walk to the subway station. There are many art galleries and Internet celebrity cafes around. Whether it is a business trip or a vacation, it is far beyond expectations! It has been included in the "unlimited repurchase" list, and there will be more hidden surprises next time. 🌜🥤

The hotel is very new and is located in the South Third Ring Road, with convenient transportation. The hotel has a European-style castle building, which is very atmospheric and quiet. The room is large, the space is high, and the room is divided, which feels like living in a theme park hotel. The hotel service is very good. The front desk milk tea and moon are very good. Not only did they arrange a late check-out, but they also gave the children pens and paper to write essays. The children liked it very much. It was a good accommodation experience.

A quiet castle manor in the bustling city. The fountain music and courtyard hot pot are very atmospheric when night falls, which is very suitable for weekend staycation. The service is very good. The hotel will call in advance to inquire about room requirements. The breakfast variety is small but refined, and the products are good. The only drawback is that because the scenery is too beautiful, many Internet celebrities take photos and check in, and the privacy needs to be improved, but compared with the price-performance ratio, this is acceptable
