The hotel is very well kept, with the exception that the lobby AC is not strong enough if you are checking in. I stayed in a corner king room and the TV reception was extremely poor where I couldn't get any channels clear.
Otherwise, all is good.

Hotel was conveniently located near Tianfu Square and within 10 min walking distance to a metro station. The rooms very spacious and modernly designed, well equipped with a smart toilet seat and even heated floor tiles. Breakfast with scrumptious with a good spread of choices, would highly recommend the 担担面!

Awesome hospitality services provided by Lydia, Lily at the receptionist And chiu chiu and yuning at the cafe.
No regrets staying here. Visiting chengdu with my father and they really help and go out of their way to ensure we are comfortable and taken care of.

Great hotel with nice and exclusive interior!
Room - we got a corner room which was huge! There’s bathtub with seperate cubicle for toilet and shower. Beds are big and comfy and rooms are equipped with everything u need. Stayed early April25 and didnt find the room too hot or too cold.
Location - amazing! Just a few mins walk away from Tianfu Sq metro station and there is a mosque with lots of halal options just on the street front of the hotel. There is a small convenience store (Lawson) nearby and lots of milk tea and shopping options within walking distance. Dont miss out on the huge juicy mandarin oranges, strawberries and water chestnut by street hawkers, they taste good!

Love the location of Canopy Hilton. Starbucks, Lawson minimart, Mosque, famous halal hot pot is just around the vicinity. Convenient
And the room is super big, comfortable bed, huge bathroom.
Thank you Canopy Hilton for the mini mahjong gift. Will definitely be back to collect the full mahjong tiles set 🤭🤭
