Our family was very enjoyed the staying at your hotel. Everything is great it was perfect for doing trips in the wonderful Chengdu The Metro station is so close, and the public transport system is super. And the strollings by the river were also a nice evening programmes because of the nice surrounding. The staff is excellent and they are very kind, we enjoyed the great variety of breakfast too. I highly recommend the Hotel for tourists and business travellers as well. Congrats for the hotel staff. :-)

Very good stay experience, took the kids to Chengdu to play, eat and eat, every day when I went out and came back to the room, it was clean and tidy, pajamas were folded neatly for you, because of the good experience, I renewed it for four consecutive days haha. In addition, because the weather in Chengdu has been cold recently, the room is very dry with the air conditioner. I casually mentioned it and the lady immediately arranged a Xiaomi humidifier the day before yesterday. After the waitress, Miss Fan, took it into the room and debugged it, she found that the hot water we boiled could not be kept warm, and brought us a water storage thermos. The service is really heartwarming. I will stay here when I come to Chengdu next time.

Overall, I am generally satisfied. The price/performance ratio is high. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, luckily the hotel staff upgraded my room to the VIP floor. Thank you very much. The service staff are generally friendly. The location is in Jinjiang District. It is convenient to call a taxi to go anywhere.

The hotel is in a good location, right by the river and close to the central axis. There are ample parking spaces, rich breakfast, clean rooms, and a professional front desk. They took the initiative to upgrade me to a river view room in Building B, so I extended my stay for a few more days.

The room is well-equipped, comfortable and sanitary. It is close to Jinjiang Park, not far from various attractions, and near Metro Line 1. The service is thoughtful. There are special staff to help with luggage when you enter the store. The front desk clerk is very enthusiastic and upgraded the room for free. After entering the room, he also took the initiative to call to ask if there are any problems to help solve.

I stayed in a hotel suite with my wife and children in 2021. This time I came alone and the king-size room I booked was upgraded to a suite. I was very surprised and unexpected. I also give the hotel a five-star rating for its enthusiasm and service.

I stayed here for one day while returning from Chengdu to Mount Emei. The hotel is relatively new and should be built together with the residential area next to it. It is located by the Jinjiang River but also close to the elevated road. The hotel customer service contacted me by phone in advance and upgraded the room. The service was good, but one of the windows in the room was broken and could not be closed tightly. Since I only stayed for one day, I just blocked the gap with a towel and it was basically OK. The room was quite big and the hotel breakfast was also good.

I chose the Generation Jinjiang International Hotel for the second time. I like its complete facilities, cleanliness and good service. There was a small problem with the electrical appliances in my room.
