1. Environment: I stayed at Manxin before and thought it was cozy and the corridors were fragrant, but the corridors here smelled sour! The room layout was also poor! 2. Service: Ctrip members get free breakfast, but the front desk asked me to download Huazhu Club to check in, so the lady should handle it! She told me that the room was upgraded, and I believed it, but the other room that was not upgraded was better than the upgraded one! What a scam! I complained to Ctrip and it handled it very well!

Just like the name, this is a romantic and warm hotel with beautiful environment, comfortable and clean, caring and enthusiastic service. A bottle of warm water was handed to me when I entered the door. After I checked in, I called to ask if I was satisfied with the room. Liu Mei was particularly enthusiastic to introduce me to the local food and recommend delicious restaurants. It was a very pleasant night. I like the hospitality of Chengdu people. I will stay here again next time I come to Chengdu.
