1. 5mins walk from Chengdu East railway stn.
2. The counter staff were friendly and able to provide a solution about the warm temperature in my room. The staff at the restaurant counter seems not well trained about the hotel facility, and the male staff outside the hotel (zebra crossing junction) were unfriendly as there wasn't an eye contact when I asked him for advise pertaining to taxi booking.
3. Breakfast were overpriced.
4. Room and toilet were spacious, this was the only hotel I didnt worry about wet flooring after shower during my vacation in China between 12Mar-28Mar.

Right next to the train station, both metro and high speed rail are right there
Excellent breakfast selection, and convenience store within the building
Fantastic gym with bench press rack and free weights

It’s a one night stay as we need to take the earliest high speed train to Chongqing.Its a short walk to the East Railway station from the Hotel.Breakfast in the hotel is excellent with a good range of food in buffet style.Rooms and services were great.

This hotel is right on the side of the Chengdu East Station （high speed train）, it's convenient for taking the train, but the service is not for business travellers. The gym is not open until 8am, the wi-fi is not working properly in the room and in the lobby.

A 5 diamond hotel but lack cleanliness as stains can be seen on the carpet.
Service crew is good but just the housekeeping could be better. Location is definitely a plus if taking the high speed railway.

Very convenient hotel located opposite the Chengdu East train station. We got a free upgrade to super big room and high floor . Very happy with the cleanliness and services.
