My sister came to Chengdu to study, so I followed her here. I wanted to experience the feeling of being hidden in the city, so I chose this place. From the moment I opened the door of the hotel, the pleasure began. Evelyn and Xiao An at the front desk spoke softly, and the service explanations were thoughtful and careful. Including the hotel's concierge, Master Wang Bing, is also very good, giving people a warm feeling like family, which is great. The room facilities exceeded expectations. I have stayed in many gold and platinum diamond hotels. In terms of cost performance, Yiyuntai is definitely far ahead. It is very worthwhile. My sister will come to Chengdu to study in October, and I will definitely come again. I like the fireworks of the alley, and I love the tranquility and comfort of being hidden in the city! The overall service staff is probably a hastily graduated from a domestic tourism technical school with no experience in high-end hotel management. They are timid and enthusiastic, relying on the simple nature of the locals, but there is no standardized management process. The service is not on point, and they can't learn or understand the essence of the "French" style in this luxury hotel. It is estimated that they can serve domestic four-star hotels. Update: On the second day of check-in, I received a notice from the hotel that breakfast was delivered to the room instead, and the restaurant would not prepare breakfast. The reason is self-evident: the main customer of the past few days, the ********* tour group, left, and there were only a few unlucky guests in the entire hotel, including me, so the cost of breakfast was saved as much as possible. This is the way of hospitality of the most expensive hotel in Chengdu.

The decoration and layout of the hotel are remarkable and well worth experiencing. It’s just that the service experience during Happy Hour was poor, the space was cold, and the waiter couldn’t clearly explain what dishes were available.

The hotel is in a good location, right at the entrance of Kuanzhai Alley subway station. The rooms are spacious and most importantly, the service is good. Any needs of the guests will be met as soon as possible.
