It's nestled between the IFS and Taikoo Li shopping districts, with a metro station conveniently located right beneath the building. This made exploring the city and accessing various attractions incredibly easy . Accommodation: The rooms are spacious and clean. Equipped with amenities like a kitchenette, washing machine, and even a projector, it felt like a home away from home. The view overlooking Taikoo Li was particularly stunning, especially at night . Service: What truly sets ISEYA apart is its impeccable service. Each guest is assigned a personal butler who communicates via WeChat, ensuring all needs are promptly addressed. I was especially impressed by the attentiveness of staff members like Nanfeng and Leilei, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable . Overall Experience: From the prime location and well-appointed rooms to the outstanding service, my stay at ISEYA was memorable. Had a pleasant stay. Many food and shopping places within walking distance. Had to give a special shoutout to the room’s personal butler 蕾蕾 for looking out to our every needs 24/7 and making our stay really comfortable. Really friendly staffs and clean environment with spacious room. Great!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located on Chunxi Street. The convenience of having a train station just downstairs made getting around super easy. There are also plenty of food options nearby, so you’ll never run out of choices. The interior is both cozy and classy, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. One feature I really appreciated was having a washing machine within the unit — such a great bonus! Highly recommend this place for its location, comfort, and amenities.
