I stayed here for a concert. It's a bit far from the city center, but the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the venue. The courtyard ambiance is lovely, and the overall environment is great. There's also a terrace where you can sit, enjoy some tea, and feel the breeze – very relaxing.

It was very quiet, and I slept comfortably. The Chinese courtyard-style design was lovely, and the breakfast was quite good too. The service was excellent, and the shuttle bus made it super convenient for the concert. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I come for a concert.

This is one of the few hotels in Chengdu that we would gladly return to. It boasts beautiful views of Dong'an Lake, exquisite garden design, and attentive, detailed service. It's a great spot for a nearby getaway and perfect for families with kids. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel environment was beautiful, and the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed – I slept so soundly I practically went into a coma! I woke up almost at the breakfast cutoff time. I've stayed at other five-star hotels where 'cutoff' means no more replenishment, but here, it meant they were already clearing up. By 10:05 AM, when I got to the restaurant, all that was left were steamed items. In the end, I only managed to grab a few slices of bread. The breakfast is priced at 135 per person, but the variety certainly didn't seem to match that value, otherwise, why would it have been cleared so quickly? Secondly, the shower experience was below even a three-star standard. The water pressure was low, it wasn't hot, and there was no conditioner. The hairdryer was also ineffective. I came for a concert, and they did offer a shuttle service that avoided traffic by going through the park. However, the pickup point for the return trip was quite far from the venue. For concert-goers, Kapok Hotel might be a better option.

Overall review for this hotel is okay. The view the sight is all good. Toilet cleanliness wise is a meh… i can see stains on the toilet wall… not one but afew. Toiletries like shampoo and shower gel only provide one bottle each when i booked the room for 2 and paid for 2. Front desk staffs i guess they were abit overwhelm by the crowd so by then i checked in showing abit of attitude. Only go here if mumian is unavailable and if you catching concert at dongange area.

I took my family on a trip during the New Year's Day holiday and found this hotel online. It certainly didn't disappoint! The hotel environment is absolutely superb, with a new Chinese-style decor that's incredibly grand and tasteful. It's a shame the weather wasn't great this time, so the photos aren't the best quality. Right next to the hotel is a park, which is perfect for walks and enjoying the scenery. All the hotel staff were very polite, and I'd like to specially thank the two ladies at the front desk. They offered us afternoon tea upon check-in and provided very warm and attentive service, even helping to bring our luggage to the room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and hygienic, with very comfortable bedding, though the pillows were a little high. It also had a balcony. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and the taste was good, suiting my family's preferences. All in all, it was a very pleasant trip, and this hotel is perfect for a vacation.

This hotel is super family-friendly, and the two 1.8-meter beds were incredibly comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hotel environment is fantastic, surrounded by mountains and right in the middle of a park. The architecture is unique, giving off a vibe similar to staying at Du Fu's Thatched Cottage. The breakfast was rich and varied, highly recommended! My only suggestion would be to clean the leaves out of the hot springs more promptly, otherwise, they're unusable.

They have a shuttle service, it's right next to a park, very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is also good. You can definitely come here to relax even if you're not attending a concert.

This hotel felt like it was specially arranged for the concert-goers (just kidding). The ambiance was quite unique. In the evening, the hotel staff drove everyone to the stadium in shuttles. And then they brought everyone back, shuttle by shuttle, late at night. It was a lot of hard work, so thank you! However, the hotel's facilities have a slight drawback: the soundproofing isn't great.

The service is excellent, and the all-day dining restaurant serves delicious food! They even offer a shuttle service for concerts at Dong'an Lake Sports Park, and surprisingly, supper is available until after 11 PM. The breakfast spread is rich and fantastic!
