Service was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room is clean. Buffet choice is awesome.

This was probably the anti- climax of our trip. Having been to Sapporo and Hakodate, I thought that a relaxing vacation at a hotel/Spa would be a good retreat before coming back home. Instead this place was a total letdown. 1). The place is dirty...It looked like it has been bought over with no renovation done. The carpets are smelly and moldly. The furniture looks dated. The bed has an awful ordour. 2). The facilities...They gym equipment is so old that it looked like it was there since the 70s. And the have the audacity to charge you for usage of the gym. 3). Half the facilities are closed...When we got there hoping to play with the slides and soak in some sun, the adult pool was closed and so were the tube slides. 4). The staff...They cannot speak English and there was a female staff at the Spa counter who ignored answering and just looked blindly through you. At least Trip.com or the hotel should inform the consumer that the main facilities are closed. Nobody informed us. In the future, it would be good to inform customers that such a place is mainly for kids and their Englsih comprehension and communication is limited. I would not recommend this place to anyone travelling far from abroad.

Good Room and breakfast.The hotbath located next to the hotel was fantastic.

Location is far but has shuttle bus from Sapporo station which is ok. There was no air conditioning in the room which was turned off, so the room was very stuffy. As the hotel is not at full capacity, all the restaurants are closed so you are stuck with a buffet every meal. The nearest convenience store is around 10-15 mins away. The swimming pool and spa are decent.

Morning baths are available from 6:30 to 9:00. The sauna is closed during morning baths. There was no explanation, and I only found out when I was using the morning bath. I should have checked the night before.💦 My impression was that most of the baths were families with small children.

I saw a hotel operated by Chateraise on YouTube, so maybe my expectations were high. The hotel was sparkling clean. Unfortunately, it didn't support USB and there were no outlets by the pillow. The bath itself was good, but it's hard to deny that the facilities are old. The food was delicious, of course, but not as good as I expected... I don't think I'll ever use the shuttle bus to go far away again. I think it's great for families with small children.

The cleanliness and service were good and the food was very satisfying. I was a little concerned that the bottom of the bath in the room was a little rough, but overall I was very satisfied with the accommodation.

This was my first time staying here. The only thing that was a little too far away from the hot springs, other than that it was great.

If you stay overnight, you can use the hot springs and the pool for free, which is nice! However, it's a 40-minute shuttle bus ride away from Sapporo. In return, you can spend your time quietly... I would be grateful if the shuttle bus could run a little more frequently.

You get welcome sweets when you check in. There are some that children can eat, which is nice. The pool is spacious and fun to enjoy. Bringing a swim ring is easier on the wallet. The bath is crowded with day-trippers. There are so many food items that it's hard to choose, but it's delicious. There is a wide selection of cakes. There are no razors as room amenities. Sometimes there are sponges for children to wash their bodies, and sometimes there aren't. Overall, it's a fun place, so this is my fourth time staying on the floor this year.

The buffet dinner Longleg Crab is excellent, and you can also play in its water park in the summer. The hotel is relatively old, but the hygiene is well done and quite clean. I saw many Japanese families bringing their children to play.

It took about 40 minutes from Sapporo Station by the hotel's limousine bus. When planning your trip, you need to consider the limousine bus timetable, but the hotel has a pool and hot springs, and in winter you can play in the snow in the garden, so families with children will have plenty of fun at the hotel.
