Great hotel to stay in while in Chengdu, close to the train station and within very easy reach to Chunxi road and other areas of interest. The hotel itself has a young and zen aesthetic throughout, is in excellent condition and super clean. The room itself carries the same theme and the bed and sofa are very comfortable. Service is also on point and I liked the free extras. Would definitely recommend and wish I stayed longer 👌🏻

As a frequent traveler for both business and leisure, I’ve had the opportunity to visit China multiple times. During my recent trip to Chengdu, I was in search of quality accommodation for an extended stay of two nights or more. As a Platinum member on Trip.com, I discovered LAN’S Hotel (Kuanzhai Alley, Chengdu) and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail. The level of customer service provided can only be described as outstanding. The hotel rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the overall environment was both comfortable and welcoming. Additionally, the location is highly convenient, making it easy to access key attractions, dining, and transportation. I highly recommend LAN’S Hotel to all travelers whether for business or leisure. It truly is an exceptional choice in Chengdu.

A hotel that made our trip perfect! This hotel made our trip absolutely perfect. The room was beautiful, clean, and very spacious — big enough to fully open several large suitcases. One of my favorite parts was the small tea corner in the room, which added a cozy touch to the whole stay. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful, always quick to assist us with anything we needed. Their warm service — from housekeeping to the front desk and restaurant team — played a big part in making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. The location is also excellent. While it’s not in the heart of the main shopping district, it’s very easy to get to major attractions in Chengdu like Chunxi Road, the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, Kuan Xiangzi Alley, Dongjiao Ji Yi, and Taikoo Li. All of them are only 10–30 minutes away by Didi, and the fare was surprisingly affordable (just 8–23 yuan per ride). Another thing I really appreciated was the building itself and the surrounding environment. Unlike many hotels in Chengdu’s CBD that occupy only a few floors in old buildings and can feel a bit unsettling, this hotel occupies the entire building. It’s clean, modern, and truly feels like a proper hotel. The neighborhood around the hotel is also quiet, tidy, and very safe. There’s even a popular Holiland bakery right next door! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place. If I were to suggest one small improvement, it would be to deep clean the bathroom floor tiles a bit more to remove some dark stains. Other than that, everything else was just perfect.

The location is good. We drove ourselves, and the transportation and parking were convenient. There are many residential areas and night markets around, with a lot of delicious food and cheap prices. The front desk service attitude was super good, the check-in process was smooth, the room was clean and tidy, and it was a comfortable stay. I will choose here next time.

The room is very clean and in a good location. Most importantly, the service attitude is very good. My friend's ring was dropped in the hotel, and the staff were very active in helping to find it. I would especially like to thank Supervisor Chen and Xiao Yang on the second floor. Supervisor Chen helped to search for the ring in the garbage bag with his bare hands. I was really touched. It’s really a loving team.

5 of us went stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. We were lucky to have found this place where there are so many room choices. However, we wanted 2 rooms to be on the same floor but there was no infor as such while booking. It will be helpful if Hotel can give choices like this to customers. Also, it is important to mention the number of toilets in each room. All the details are important while booking. 3 of us shared a room with 2 double beds. It will be great if they can provide 4 single beds instead. There is no mirror in the room so a little inconvenient as there is only 1 in the toilet. If you come from overseas like us, remember to bring multipurpose plugs. it will be better If hotel can change to usb power socket. The room we booked was a Family suite for at least 3 adults. But they only proved slippers and towels for 2. The location is great. Outside hotel there are many restaurants and stalls. We bought fruits every night. Receptionists are all very helpful. They recommend us to a few places. They also help us to collect parcels ! Really great service.

Hotel wasn’t the most ideally located for those wishing to do things in the evening, it would have been a short taxi journey but this would be very low cost, however did have a small convenience store, McDonald’s and a few other food choices just outside the hotel.. The room was very spacious, modern and high tech. The staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for us. We stayed here to visit Chengdu Panda centre with was around 25 minutes in a taxi, but again very low cost.

I have to say that the service at the Yazhi Hotel is really good, and this story starts from the first day of check-in! Since we booked in advance, I contacted the hotel and heard that there was a special price online, so I booked it for my sister. After the booking, the hotel's housekeeper, Manager Yu, was very enthusiastic and provided us with a lot of warm services. He also sent me a lot of travel guides, which allowed us to travel in Chengdu without any worries. Now let me talk about the check-in process - the hotel room. The check-in receptionist was very welcoming and I could really chat with the receptionist. The bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows in the room were really great for my kids. Breakfast - open until 1pm, can you believe it? It's true, very humane, there are many types of breakfast, and the elegant breakfast is absolutely amazing. As a foreigner, I can really feel the dedication of Chengdu's cultural tourism and the hotel's dedication. Stayed for 2 days, it was a one-time group purchase, it was really a good deal! Super deal! Moreover, during my 2-day stay, the room was cleaned very well and they helped me fold my clothes, which was very humane.
