While the room was waiting for cleaning, she suggested that we take a break in the lobby bar and enjoy the hotel's special afternoon tea first. She also introduced the hotel's features and some surrounding attractions, which was very considerate. We ate at the hotel's Chinese restaurant twice and it was not bad. There are two bathrooms, and there is warm air in the shower. You can park on the roadside or in an underground garage. There is a supermarket and KFC one kilometer away. You can see the Fossil Museum from the living room window. It is much more cost-effective than staying in an ordinary hotel.
There are also books related to Fuxian Lake in the room, which is really good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the mountain in Xiaowan Village. It has a traditional Chinese garden style and is unique against the ”Santorini style” of other B&Bs. The small courtyard of the B&B is beautifully maintained and the rooms are clean and tidy. It is also convenient to eat in the surrounding Xiaowan Village. Before leaving, I was given a succulent tree as a gift, which made the children very happy.

EEva13I had a very comfortable stay in this small hotel. The room was big enough and everything was very clean, the bed smelled nice and the owner is very kind and ready to help. The location is nice too, a bit away from the main street, so it is very peaceful at night, but still close to all the places in the city. If you prefer to stay in a smaller more private place than a big hotel, then this is a good place for you! Highly recommend it!

The view is really nice, specially when the sun goes down.
After arriving we really want see the rooftop with the pool first, because the pictures looked amazing. But the pool was empty, the rooftop dirty and trash was in the corner.
The room design was nice, but need some fresh paint. Nobody checked the room before we checked in. The windows are dirty, some lights doesn’t work also.
The open balcony with the bathtub was the highlight. We had a nice warm bath with 0 degrees outside temperature and an amazing sunset.
The restaurant was a little disappointing. Because, there is no restaurant. They only provide a little breakfast.
So you definitely need a car. The hotel is in the middle of the mountain. No bus or shuttle was here to go to another restaurant. There is also no car or bike center.
The owner and the team was really nice. He offered us his car for sightseeing. They also immediately repaired the broken lights. But the housekeeper just went into the room without checking if anyone is in the room.
So after all, it was ok. But the hotel really need a refreshment and a makeover.
