Geoff and his staff were very friendly. Greeted my family and made our stay comfortable. Pool was great only thing that happened was it required maintenance that was out of their control. My boys did swim 2 out of 3 nights we stayed. Definitely would recommend this to other’s traveling the area.

Hotel was decent for the price. The beds were comfortabe and the place was clean. There was not any bedding in the room for the pull out. We asked for bedding, but they gave us sheets and a scratchy fitted sheet for a blanket. Some of the outlets in the room didn’t work. Someone had taken the hairdryer and left a dirty hair strightener in the hairdryer bag. The breakfast had good options for my family.

I found that the toilet is too low to the floor. Not good for lower back and knee problems.

The hotel had a bad smell. The smell in the room was even worse. I reserved a King size bed and got two queens. There was no hot water in the shower. We left one day early and drove through the night to get home. I would not recommend this hotel.

Upon entering the door, there is an overwhelming smell of air freshener, even in the hallways going to the rooms, however, the rooms are musty with an underlying smell of urine. After checking in and getting to my room, I am sent a text stating they clean rooms every 3 days so my room was never cleaned, trash never emptied, hand towels and towels but no washcloths. Second day, key does not work and just not a good experience for the price. The building from the outside and the grounds make you think that you are going to an A hotel but that just was not the experience that I had. Disappointed.

Breakfast was not even a breakfast. Stove was broke so no hot foods at all. My girl was so excited. Also, the price for the room was more then what my reservation said.

The tub was stained tan/brown and the shower curtain had some odd stain on it. The water pressure for the shower was worse than army showers in basic training and the water temperature was even worse - it was cold all the time! There was an odd smell when we got to the room which prompted us to by air fresheners for the room. The only good thing to eat at breakfast was the gravy biscuits. The juice was watered down so much that my children thought it was water. The staff serving breakfast was extremely friendly. The parking lot was clean and check-in/out was simple. We had an issue where housekeeping did not bring us fresh towels or more toilet paper, but the front desk gave us some after waiting for quite some time for housekeeping to do it. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again if I had to return to the area.
