The deluxe double room was spacious and featured a separate walk-in closet. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was abundant. The bedding was incredibly smooth. Everyone here was very friendly, and the service was outstanding. The swimming pool was clean. It's just a three-minute walk to the old city and very close to the Saturday Night Market. The hotel's location is perfect – it's quiet despite being in a lively area, not noisy at all. There are a few areas that could be improved. The air conditioning in the room had a strange odor, possibly due to frequent use without timely internal cleaning. Also, the shower water wasn't very hot. The room I booked had a glass window that couldn't be opened for ventilation. These are my observations after a four-day stay.

We love our five day stay at the hotel . The accommodation was amazing. Buddy at breakfast service was very polite and helpful . Joy in reception as well as all the girls Olivia were very professional. Breakfast was very good and location close to every where . For sure we will come back. Thank you for all your hospitality.

Great value hotel with strategic location of 3-4 minutes wall to Wua Lai Walking Street Saturday Night Market. Free breakfast included have quitr many options.

It is not the first time for us to stay in Golden Bell, the staff are super helpful as usual! We made a lot of trips with their bikes. The breakfast is good as well. We will come back!

Happy with our 2 nights stay. Location is ideal, being close to the west gate while tucked in a quiet alley. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a bit plain.

Hotel near to food and market. Staff is helpful and friendly. Nearby Wat Pan Whaen provide good Thai massage.

Very nice and helpful staff! Location was perfect for walk to the inner city or for Tripps with the scooter. Also very silent because it's not on the main street.

Location is good and the room is spacious. The only problem they have is bad smell nearby the pool. I also found similar bad smell at the bathroom on the last date of stay. I reported the bad smell issue to the front desk. Hopefully, they get it resolved now.

This hotel is very strategic , just a 5 minute walk away from Saturday walking street. The front desk lady that works from 1pm to 10pm has a solution to anything that you request. She is very responsive and fast. She is also very helpful and friendly. The hotel room is very clean and toilets are super clean. If you call grab, don’t worry that grab driver does not know the place. The hotel is quite established and they do have promotional rates if you sign up to a tour during your stay. I would really recommend this place if you are alright with hotel with no frills . Breakfast is standard fair everyday so can’t fault much . The hotel’s pool was not working during my stay because of the recent floods and they have to do a cleanup. Overall I will definitely come here to stay again , close to the action but away from the hustle and noise.

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. When the first hotel we boomed was hit by flood, they transferred here and the hotel admin was easily contacted. They are very hospitable. The place is in higher area and free from floods.

The washroom was in a super pristine condition. No problem whatsoever. The stuffs were super nice than any hotel in Bangkok. The location is also near Chiang Mai Gate. Absolutely amazing experience.
