A bit outdated and rooms need to be modernized. They have some new rooms, but apparently impossible for families to stay there. And it is very overpriced. Food is excellent though and staff is friendly.

The onsen inn is about 15 minutes walk from the JR train station. About 4 to 6 rooms in each building. Set in a pretty wooded area connected by paths and steps. Not so suitable for wheelchair. About 6 private hot spring bath huts that can fit 2 to 4 persons each. Good dinner and breakfast.

It was fantastic to go out to "no where" and relax after a busy stay in Tokyo. The train ride is quite long but the hotel is a short walk from the train station. All the different pools were fantastic and the rooms were really nice. Sleeping on the floor adds to the genuine experience but I prefer a softer bed. We got dinner and breakfast included. They were well prepared but a bit too interesting for the teenagers.

I have liked this hotel for a long time, and I finally experienced it during this trip to Izu. There are very few Chinese people, but more locals and foreigners. There are three accommodation areas in total. I accidentally booked the newest area, which has only three rooms but two hot springs, which is relatively private. The hot springs are very good. There are 9 hot springs in the three areas. I went around. The old ones are more Japanese, and the new ones are more modern. One night and two meals is a good choice. The dinner every day is too exquisite. It is much more cost-effective than eating kaiseki in Tokyo. The service staff are very professional, but they all need to be confirmed in advance, such as meal time, location, whether cleaning is needed, and time awareness. There are only three breakfast sets, dried seafood, Japanese porridge and Western set meals. It is not recommended to eat Western food here. You can try the other two. The aunt in the restaurant speaks good English, but the young man at the front desk speaks average English. It also indirectly shows that there are more locals. Turn around and you will find the Teddy Bear Museum. Walk 1km to the cherry blossom trail, the Hashidate Suspension Bridge and the Hachiman Shrine⛩. You can go shopping in all three directions. It is more than 3 kilometers away from the Kinosaki Coast and the Kadowaki Suspension Bridge. It is a bit troublesome to take a car. I recommend walking from a natural research route on the coast, but it requires physical strength. However, the scenery is not visible from the car. This road can go all the way from the Hashidate Suspension Bridge to the Kadowaki Suspension Bridge. I also discovered it while running in the morning. I ran to Hachiman in the morning and met a squirrel🐿. I played with it for a while. Anyway, it was worth the trip. It is also the most recommended hotel booked in Japan this time.

Very comfortable hot spring resort hotel, but not enough service staff, if the used private bath can be cleaned in time, it will make guests feel much better.

The hotel is a short walk from the station. The hotel has a beautiful environment and is very quiet. There are not many guests. The hot spring is basically reserved. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, especially the kaiseki cuisine in the evening. The old lady waitress in the store speaks good English. The Japanese-style room is very relaxing to sleep in, recommended!

It was a great experience. The tatami was very comfortable, the food was exquisite, and it was so comfortable to soak in the hot springs at night while listening to the sound of the waves and the wind blowing through the trees. The service attitude was particularly good, and the Teddy Bear Museum not far from the door was also recommended, it was very exquisite! It is not far from Izu Kogen Station on the Izu Kyuko Line and can be reached on foot. It is a good choice for traveling in Izu. The hotel is full of private baths, and it can meet the needs of guests, so there is basically no need to wait for a long time.

Note⚠️: This hotel is at Izu Kogen Station, not Ito Station. Although the name is Ito Kogen Kinosaki Hanafubuki. The whole hotel is in a quiet mountain forest, elegant and elegant, with 7 private baths. Recommend the set meal that includes dinner and the next morning. The food is also good. The service is warm. The environment is great. I guess the cherry blossom season must be very beautiful, otherwise it would not be called Hanafubuki, and the flowers fall like a blizzard

Please have tea when you arrive at the store. Everything is very exquisite. Comfortable and clean. After the trip, they have helped to prepare the tatami. The hot spring is very powerful and hot 😆 The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is a 15-minute walk from the station and a turn away from the Teddy Bear Memorial Museum. I have recommended it to relatives and friends. If I come to Izu again, I will come to this hotel again.
