Location is not the greatest. There is no staff at the front desk after 6pm, our room key card didn’t work one evening. Otherwise the room size was good, with the washer/dryer being one of the more useful facilities. However we were given an accessible room/ for handicapped. Normal room would be better.

Although everything is quite close to each other in CBD of Christchurch, this hotel has the best location. There is a construction site right across the street but we didn’t get much noise during our stay. The kitchen is rather simple.

We had a good stay during our visit to Queenstown. Location wise as near to airport. Simple breakfast but with breathtaking view from the restaurant.

Good facilities for self catering family or travellers on long trips with kitchenette and washing machine/dryer combo within the room. 10min walk to countdown/paknsave supermarket to buy ready to eat microwave meals to come back to hotel to heat up for a quick meal. Good location and walking distance to tram stop and central bus station.

We booked a room for three people, but when we checked in, we were told that we had run out of foldable beds. They offered to upgrade us to a two-bedroom suite. There was a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The room was clean and tidy, and I was very satisfied.

Clean, the hotel address is very close to the city, the parking lot is also large, you can cook light meals in the room, pots and pans are all available, there is a capsule coffee machine with Starbucks capsule coffee.

Two big beds and a sofa bed are very convenient. There is no Asian food around. You need a car, but the parking space is very tight at night. If you arrive late, the key will be played back to the locker in advance
