Orient Luxury Hotel in Chiayi offers extremely nice and comfortable rooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the air-conditioner couldn’t be switched off and was a bit noisy, which might be inconvenient for light sleepers. The breakfast buffet was good but very busy, primarily catering to local guests, which can feel a bit overwhelming during peak times. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks

This is the best hotel our family has stayed in. We like it so much that we will come again next time. The children's play area has a lot of variety, the bed is very comfortable, the quilt is light and warm, there is a retractable makeup mirror next to the sink, the small refrigerator has a free minibar, and you can see Jiaji and Costco outside the room.

The room is spacious and the height inside is high enough without any sense of oppression. The only regret is that there is a strong smell of urine in the bathroom Although the breakfast dishes are not many, they are enough But there are fewer vegetarian dishes There is no indoor parking lot. Parking is in the open space next to the hotel. It's not convenient if it rains.

The soundproofing of the hotel is slightly poor. 4. The room is arranged on the first floor, so many tourists come and go and it is easy to be noisy. There were so many mosquitoes on the first floor that I had to buy electric mosquito coils. 5. Breakfast includes Chinese style (porridge with side dishes) and Western style (toast, croissant), and the taste is average. 6. Hygiene and cleanliness need to be improved! 7. The room is very spacious and comfortable! But one bed with one pillow is a bit too much! 8. The water pressure is great and the water temperature is also very good! 9. Complete supplies, including facial masks! 10. The price during the Chinese New Year is more than 5,000, and the CP value is a bit high! After all this is a simple place to stay with no other facilities available!

Comfortable living environment, leisure, shopping and entertainment all in one place! The parking lot is spacious and easy to get in and out of. I highly recommend staying here and will choose to stay here again in the future!

Pleasant room . Comfortable. Nice bed and blanket . Clean but corners some dust. Quick check in. Auntie cleaner is friendly. Room no odor . Cons: Too many tour group, they woke up as early as 5am and very noisy ! I purposely requested for quieter room. The water flow sound is super loud. It would me more pleasant if there is no noise at 5am .

The accommodation environment is good and clean. It takes more than an hour to order a simple sandwich in the lobby. It is not proactive enough to handle the demand. However, the service attitude is good. The service staff feels quite jerky and may need more training. The overall design of the room is simple and literary style, which is not bad for a new business. However, the price of the room is not affordable enough, which may be related to the activities that day.
