Very pleasant and relaxing staying over a night, even my family arrived late and very like the interior design... The only thing I am thinking of is that, it would be better if the heavy carpet floor can be replaced by light fresh wood floor.... Thanks!

The room is big and spacious. We book room with a King bed. Toilet is good. Location convenient. Just 6 minutes away from chiayi TSR. 16 minutes away from chiayi HSR. Not so good is near hospital at night have ambulance sound.

Today, I stayed in a quadruple room for the first night and arranged it on the 6th floor of Building A. The sound insulation was super poor. Every person walked, ran, and talked. I heard it many times. I thought the door was not closed. I walked over to confirm! It is even more exaggerated that the sound of the doorbell next door is so loud that it is like ringing our doorbell. 5. The only thing that feels better today is that the store does not give tableware at night. The counter has a disposable dish and a spoon. This is normal (in fact, many restaurants have tableware services, at least they also have this). Second ～ Three nights, we increase the price to change the parent-child room, I don't know what's going to happen.

The room is clean ,the toilet is clean, water pressure is good. Coincidentally, a earthquake happened causing the water heater to not work. The hotel offered to change to another hotel or a refund, which I appreciate the options given. Eventually, they fixed the water heater within few hours. Bed is nice and service is friendly.

It was my first time to stay and the afternoon tea welcome service was great. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, and the omelet lady’s enthusiastic service makes people feel cozy. I will stay here again. The hotel provides ice cubes which is very considerate.

Room facilities are good But maybe the housekeeping was not done carefully. There is a lot of hair on the floor and bed It would be better if you could clean your hair and change the sheets every time Because blood stains were found

The service staff is very thoughtful. The room is also very large. The bathroom is very good. But the elderly may have to teach the toilet operation. The lighting is good. The layout is simple and elegant. There is a cafe nearby. You can take pictures. The personal experience of the bed is soft.
