Chiayi City Hotels with Gym

Very pleasant and relaxing staying over a night, even my family arrived late and very like the interior design... The only thing I am thinking of is that, it would be better if the heavy carpet floor can be replaced by light fresh wood floor.... Thanks!

I recently stayed at the Maison De Chine Hotel in Chiayi for two nights and was pleasantly surprised by the value offered. I booked one of the cheaper rooms without a window, and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a cozy sofa corner, a separate tea-making station, and a cleverly designed layout with a separate toilet, bathroom basin, shower, and bathroom area. This setup provided a level of convenience and comfort that’s hard to find at this price point. Although I mostly used the room for sleeping, it was a great space to retreat to after a day of exploring. The reception team, especially Ken, was fantastic. They were always ready to help, whether it was organizing taxis at a moment’s notice or offering detailed information on how to catch a bus to Alishan. One of the standout amenities was the free laundry room—an absolute lifesaver for someone like me who’s been traveling solo around Taiwan. It’s also worth mentioning the hotel’s excellent location. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the night market, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and enjoy some delicious street food. There’s a cheap and tasty breakfast cafe right across the road and a Family Mart around the corner, where you can conveniently book your HSR tickets. Overall, my stay at Maison De Chine Hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chiayi.

The room is big and spacious. We book room with a King bed. Toilet is good. Location convenient. Just 6 minutes away from chiayi TSR. 16 minutes away from chiayi HSR. Not so good is near hospital at night have ambulance sound.

Room is big. Not say very clean but its ok. Ttje only issues is carpark is very far! 300m, 5mins walk from hotel! And during weekend there may be chance no parking lot!

This is the best hotel our family has stayed in. We like it so much that we will come again next time. The children's play area has a lot of variety, the bed is very comfortable, the quilt is light and warm, there is a retractable makeup mirror next to the sink, the small refrigerator has a free minibar, and you can see Jiaji and Costco outside the room.

Due to the recommendation of the community group, we bought several accommodation coupons. Because it is about to expire, we have to use it quickly. This is the second stay. Share the feeling of staying twice... First time (April 2020) ～ Stayed in a parent-child room for 2 nights. 1. The toilet trash can is not cleared. A few toilet paper was left on the ground floor to welcome us! 2. The next day I went out to the room and made up the spare parts. They were not neatly placed on the bathroom sink according to the SOP, but a whole bag was thrown on the table in the room. 3. I didn't respond directly at the moment, but when I checked out, I specially mentioned it to the counter. The counter was super indifferent and there was no apology. I might think I was going to check out. The passer-by didn't have any reason. Plus, the whole room is a housekeeping thing! But the room is not well organized and the service is not good, it is the overall problem of the hotel! The second time for the accommodation coupon, you must stay for three nights 1.Check in the counter clerk is very indifferent and basically polite. We are one step away from the counter. There are several people in the counter. We are looking for that group to do. These people have no questioning, staring at you like a statue, even if you are close, Also a word is not bad, like a machine without temperature to help you check in (it is recommended that the hotel find AI may be better than these machine-like humans)! 2. The channel table in the room has not been updated. The counter even has or does not know the TV channel. The child wants to watch the momo parent-child. The channel jumps off and reacts to the counter. The attitude is very impatient to tell me that we are all busy now. When you have time, you can deal with it. Ask them how long to wait? I am more impatient to return to you, I will deal with it when I have time, and the phone will hang up. I will ask when I enter the room. I haven't dealt with it before we go to bed. I really despise the guests! 3. The mug in the room is very dirty. There is a group of tea cups, which is even more disgusting. The ”mold” of a thick white powder should be ”years” and not washed! 4. Today, I stayed in a quadruple room for the first night and arranged it on the 6th floor of Building A. The sound insulation was super poor. Every person walked, ran, and talked. I heard it many times. I thought the door was not closed. I walked over to confirm! It is even more exaggerated that the sound of the doorbell next door is so loud that it is like ringing our doorbell. 5. The only thing that feels better today is that the store does not give tableware at night. The counter has a disposable dish and a spoon. This is normal (in fact, many restaurants have tableware services, at least they also have this). Second ～ Three nights, we increase the price to change the parent-child room, I don't know what's going to happen.

This time, the triple room (708) with a bathtub was just to the west, and the room saw a beautiful sunset. The bathtub is large and very comfortable. The bathroom has a separate shower area, which is great for dry and wet separation. Parking is convenient and the bed is moderately hard and soft.

The location is very new Chiayi Railway Station though we were not able to use the station since we use HSR. Front desk staff made a mistake during check in by mixing up the amount so he called me up to inform me that I need to pay for the short amount he billed me. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, I settled the matter with him. It shows how they work Breakfast was okay but not spectacular. .

Staying in a good triple room, simple and clean, but the room location is close to the roadside, there are occasional speeding vehicles passing by at night, the accommodation location is about 15 minutes from the cultural night market, walking around, near the train station, the location is convenient for urban food, is a good place to stay, there is a gym, you can exercise, Parking space is limited, early to early stop, is a good choice to live in Chiayi City. Breakfast is a set meal, simple drinks, fruit and salad.

It was my first time to stay and the afternoon tea welcome service was great. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, and the omelet lady’s enthusiastic service makes people feel cozy. I will stay here again. The hotel provides ice cubes which is very considerate.
