The hotel was very quiet and not crowded. The afternoon tea service was a lovely touch. What truly made the stay comfortable was the enthusiastic lady cooking hot meals at breakfast; she actively introduced various dishes. All the other staff members were also very friendly and left a lasting impression. The gym is well-equipped, but it does get a bit busy as it's open to the public. The hotel also offers free laundry service. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The mattress was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent – you couldn't hear people talking in the hallway. It was also really convenient to be able to schedule room cleaning, which was great for sleeping in. The wagyu beef at Guanzhi Yakiniku downstairs was superb, and the staff were incredibly nice. The breakfast had a huge variety of options, and unlike other hotels, you didn't need to book a time slot, which made it super relaxing. Overall, a massive thumbs-up!

Stayed at this hotel as a stopover on way to Alishan; and the amenities, the services are all top-notch! Hotel even paid attention to all the smallest details like a lighted mirror and complimentary ear plugs in your room. Do also try their steak restaurant in house. To get to Chiayi train station, you will need to take a cab or public bus (4 stops).. which is not too bad all considering

We stay at this hotel instead of Alishan hotel as we get to experience JiaYi. In general . hotel is good except the color used in the hotel room is dark and feel a bit down. The breadfast at the hotel is good especially we need to wear glove to take our food , it was a good practice for COVIS period. We feel safe at this hotel.
