So, it is a beautiful hotel and the service is good and all, but the fact that their restaurant is shared with two adjacent hotels is a bit odd seeing as you have to walk an inconvenient distance outside to get there. Once there, childish music plays nursery rhymes while you stare at huge suspended droplets of eggs falling from the ceiling, and the low quality buffet suddenly scares you into believing you're in a B-grade 1980s horror movie where some possessed doll is coming to kill you. So ... Yes to the hotel and rooms, but NOT its abhorrent restaurant.

The view is stunning. Breakfast is quite nice too. This hotel is missing some amenities.

The room was quite big. It was off-season when I went there, and there were not many people. There were plenty of parking spaces and many restaurants nearby. However, it was a bit far to the beach, and it took more than 10 to 20 minutes to walk to the beach.

On the eve of May Day, I went on a business trip to Xunliao, Huizhou, and I was impressed by the service quality of this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff was very enthusiastic and thoughtful, which made me feel at home. Manager Zhou, who had just entered the hotel front desk, was already waiting at the door and personally helped me check in, saving the cumbersome procedures. Unexpectedly, he introduced the facilities in the room in detail, especially the slippers, which were both public slippers and disposable slippers. I said I wanted a room with a better view, and Manager Zhou helped me arrange a high-rise sea view room on the 21st floor and sent me to the elevator. A small episode on the second day, the breakfast roll was wet by the rain, and I happened to meet Manager Zhou, who took me to the breakfast room to explain the reason to the restaurant in person and had breakfast. The breakfast category was very complete, and the Chinese and Western buffet was rich. It rained heavily before checking out that day, and the hotel also thoughtfully arranged a lounge, which was great. Good hotels and good services deepened my impression of Xunliao. The seaside town is really beautiful, with fine sand and very comfortable!

She upgraded the high-rise sea view room, sent a welcome card and welcome fruit to the room, and took the initiative to ask for any needs, which was very considerate. The room was large, reasonably arranged, and relatively complete, but lacked a small refrigerator. Ramada Hotel's special towels and bath towels should be assured. There were few guests in the off-season, except for weekends. Although there were not many varieties of buffet in the morning, they made new ones for us. They were very enthusiastic, especially the Cantonese fried lotus vermicelli.

Free upgrade to sea view room, great breakfast too, love Huizhou, will come again if I have the chance!
