Convenient transportation, good service, very close to the nearby outlets, convenient shopping, breakfast variety is okay, just three people only get two breakfasts, needs to be improved!

I stayed at this hotel many times before, I always like the this hotel before this stay. This time I felt the hotel is not as comfortable as before, such as no trash can at bathroom, so I need to use trash can under desk after floss, after using a piece of tissue paper, etc., the shower head looks good, but is not working properly, very frustrating. No “Do not disturb” door knob sign for guest to use, instead, cleaning staff knock at door about 7:30 at morning, I appreciate daily cleaning service, however, my upset experience was been waking up to answer “not now please”. Bedding is comfortable, clean; lobby staffs are friendly. Warm cookie at check in time was yummy.

Always one of my favorite places to stay. The front desk staff is always welcoming. The room is clean.

The hotel is very quiet and clean. There are many restaurants around, especially Chinese restaurants, which makes eating and shopping very convenient.

The room design is quite comfortable, the bed is big, the overall hygiene is good, the air conditioner is an old-fashioned one, which is quite noisy. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner, and there are not many choices, but the taste is good. It is quite comfortable overall and a good choice for business trips.

The location is very good, just across the street from Princeton University for shopping and dining, and it is convenient to walk to most buildings of the university, including the Art Museum (you must check in here, because of the rich collection, especially Chinese cultural relics, you should check in repeatedly). Check in to a 20% discount card for a restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast can also be discounted. It is a historic restaurant with good service. The hotel service is very good, but it is really a bit old, the bathtub is slippery when stepping into it, so I have to hold on to the railing. There are two blocks in the lobby, one without guests passing through. It is great to have a rest and talk about things. After leaving the room, sitting there with luggage and waiting for someone to fall asleep (jet lag) and no one would interfere.

Spacious, clean, and perfect for a stopover. The bed really feels very comfy (after 19 hours flight). Except for the unfriendly front desk which I dont why (I noticed this is popular feedback). Overall, I give 9.5 star. I’ll come again 😉

A common problem with American hotels... The environment and facilities are average, the bed is comfortable, the window is large and the view is OK. But the most speechless thing is that the front desk is not familiar with the business, which caused a long delay in checking in the room and failed to check in smoothly.

Pros: Great location. Check in experience with Maria was very welcoming. Stayed here one night before an international departure the following early morning. Rested well on a comfortable bed and in a very spacious room (king size bed). Airport shuttle was convenient. The driver was very nice. Overall, I would recommend this hotel above the others in the area. Cons: I could hear the occupants of the next room chatting away into the late night.

The room is okay, the area is relatively large. At 8:30, the housekeeper knocked on the door and provided services while I was still sleeping. When I was packing my luggage before checking out, I discovered that there was a reminder in the list given by the front desk when I checked in. It said that if you don't want to be disturbed, you need to tell the front desk or room service in advance. But because there was a video conference that was going to start in half an hour that night, I was in a hurry to put my luggage in the room and then go to the restaurant to buy dinner, so I didn’t read the English list carefully. I ordered two takeaway dinners at the restaurant, one of which was crab, but when I got it to the room, I discovered that both were fish. The restaurants were closed after the meeting. I left in a hurry in the morning and had no time to negotiate, so I got more than 10 US dollars in vain.
