Found this small villa for my one night stay. It's only $22 without tax, including breaktast. The room is spacious and everything inside is very organized, even the bin. Like the villa in Bali, I love it. Breakfast isn't bad either—most hotels don't include breakfast at this price. Had a good vibe here, even if it's a bit far from the city center. The bathroom is really spacious, and they could even turn the room into a connecting one. Overall, a nice little stay!

Guest UserThe definite strengths here are the kindness of the owner and all the staff. The place itself is lovely, nestled in the countryside. However, be aware that the road leading to and from the property isn't easy to navigate (especially on a scooter). There are a few things that could be improved, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Lovely hotel consisting of a few 2 floor buildings within wild garden and water features.
Staff were great and helpful.
The food was excellent with a choice of western or Khmer cuisine.
The room was large, welcoming and tastefully furnished with good shower/toilet facilities.
I would definitely return if the opportunity arose

I stayed for two nights. The hotel was renovated and the furniture was kept because the wood used was very good. The hotel swimming pool is beautiful. It is not far from the Central Market. It takes about 15 minutes to rent a motorcycle to cross the bridge.
Itinerary: D1: Cycling around the Central Market ~ Desserts at the White Rose Restaurant are better than meals ~ Battambang Museum
D2: Rent a motorcycle: Wat Ek: 10 kilometers south of the city is a famous historical site ~ Play the bamboo train (5 dollars/person) ~ Go to Phnom Sampeau at 6 pm to watch the sunset ~ 6:30 pm to see the Bat Cave Phnom Sampov (just under Phnom Sampov). The bamboo train is a 10-kilometer round trip, and it will cross a general road in the middle. It is very interesting and worth a try.

The facilities were clean even though they were old, the atmosphere and surroundings were quiet, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The pool was good too.
