Every time I visit Jilin, I stay at this hotel, the best in Jiangcheng, always opting for a river-view room. This time, I encountered Ms. Zhuzi at the front desk, who was incredibly warm and attentive. She even gave me discount vouchers, which came in handy for dinner at the 38th floor restaurant. Every staff member I met was friendly and enthusiastic, and I hope they continue to maintain this high standard. I'll definitely be back!

I was thrilled to get a free upgrade to a mountain view room. The peak was right opposite my window, offering a beautiful and expansive view. The room layout was practical, and the fact that you needed a key card to access the elevator floor really made me feel secure. Although the room facilities weren't brand new, they were well-maintained. The butler service was incredibly enthusiastic, attentive, and thorough, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. Overall, I was impressed with all the services during my stay. If I ever visit Changbai Mountain again, I'll definitely choose Crowne Plaza Hot Spring Hotel!

The hot spring area is surrounded by lush greenery, and some rooms offer views of the hot spring pools right from the window, allowing you to stargaze while enjoying a private soak at night. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the concierge service is warm and welcoming. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to attractions like Dinosaur Kingdom, within walking distance, making sightseeing incredibly easy.

Recommended! The staff were very helpful even few weeks before our check in date. Managed to communicate with the staff via we chat. They helped to arrange for our activities there together with the transportation. They suggested activities to be done and update us from time to time. Communication was easy. Rooms were clean. As we came at the end of season, feels like a private place for us, less crowd. Ski and hot spring package was a bonus. Glad that Jack made us more comfortable!,kudos to jack

Environment: Nestled in a forest, staying here truly feels like being within a scenic area. Service: The service was excellent – thoughtful and incredibly attentive to every detail. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Changchun; you're sure to have a truly distinctive experience.

Great location, right across from the ski center and close to the cable car. There's a Starbucks and KFC downstairs, and the parking lot is only a 5-minute walk away, which is super convenient if you're driving. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the keyless entry. Having a fridge and washing machine in the room made it feel just like home.

The hotel service was excellent, with a dedicated butler assigned to us. The breakfast was very rich and satisfying, and they even offered breakfast for two adults and two children for one room, along with a complimentary afternoon tea. We had a slight delay checking in on the first day, only getting our room after 3 PM because it wasn't ready. However, the butler proactively upgraded our room the next day, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service.

The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again.

The room was cozy and clean. The overall cream color scheme was very soothing. Sitting on the bed, the night view outside the window was breathtaking. There was red wine in the room; a little sip made for a very comfortable sleep. Their projector was incredibly clear, with excellent sound quality, giving it a cinematic feel.
