GGuest UserWe were traveling with a child in a wheelchair due to a foot injury. After communicating in advance, Yuan Qijia (Xiao Man) thoughtfully helped us arrange a room in a building that was easily accessible for wheelchairs. She also showed concern for the child's injury and, considering two families were traveling together, did her best to accommodate our needs. She patiently answered all our questions about the water park and was incredibly thorough in anticipating guests' every need. The resort has everything for dining, entertainment, and activities. The service goes beyond mere procedure; you can truly feel their genuine care for guests. It's a very reassuring choice for families with children.

AAnonymous UserThis was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our trip to Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort. The room was spacious, with a separate walk-in closet. The sofa and coffee table were perfect for enjoying some tea and relaxing. There was also a reading sofa by the window, a desk, and a lamp, all well-equipped. The chair was very comfortable, making it ideal for reading and writing.
Front desk staffer Xiao Ying was warm, thoughtful, and professional, answering all our questions. We received a complimentary breakfast, and our two children really enjoyed the buffet. The restaurant opens up to a lawn with lush greenery – very chill.
There were plenty of benefits, but the only downside was that each perk could only be used once per hotel. The next day, we switched to the Hyatt, and it was such a downgrade – the room was small, dimly lit, had no desk lamp, and the service was non-existent.

下下雨了布布The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

NNuoyimaketewangmiFive-star rating! We stayed at Shangri-La Changchun with our whole family, including seniors and children. The service throughout our stay was exceptionally warm and attentive. I must specifically commend several staff members!
1. The poolside staff were incredibly thoughtful. In the early morning, there was already a dedicated attendant on duty. When my elderly family members were swimming, a staff member proactively offered dry towels. They were gentle and friendly, showing great care for the seniors, which was a heartwarming detail.
2. The experience with two front desk staff members was excellent: one was Tang Yue, and the other was Feng Yanyu. Both ladies were enthusiastic and patient throughout, meticulously guiding us on nearby attractions, taxi routes, and tips for visiting the morning market. I especially thank Ms. Feng Yanyu, who proactively added me on WeChat, telling me I could contact her anytime for any assistance. Her thoughtful and thorough service made us feel exceptionally secure while traveling away from home. Special thanks to her!
3. The concierge staff at the hotel entrance were professional and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us with our luggage upon arrival and hailed taxis and opened doors for us when we went out. Their service was perfectly measured, showcasing the professional standard of a five-star hotel.
The hotel's location is superb, right next to a commercial area, making it very convenient for going out and dining. From the pool to the front desk and the doormen, every employee was gentle and courteous, with attention to detail evident everywhere. It's perfectly suited for stays with seniors and children. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Changchun. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room was excellent. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the butlers, Joy and Eric, provided thoughtful service. The room had a great view, and I really enjoyed the hotel's outdoor hot springs. The indoor massage pool was also fantastic. I've stayed at other Park Hyatts before, but the Changbaishan Park Hyatt offers exceptional value for money.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is lovely, and they even have small animals that kids can feed up close. The hot springs are fantastic, and they claim to be the only true volcanic geothermal springs around. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor options, and the fish spa was a really nice experience. If you stay for three consecutive nights, you get some extra perks, and there are shuttle buses available for everything. If you plan your time well, you can finish your activities and head back easily. The hotel is super close to the Old Mountain Gate entrance of the Changbai Mountain Scenic Area, just a 300-meter walk. After visiting the attractions, the hotel's shuttle bus picks you up, which is very convenient. Our butler was incredibly helpful and responsible, always ready to solve any issues and even brought us a big fruit platter. We were very satisfied.

GGuest UserOverall, the stay was decent. The staff were proactive in checking on our check-in status and were patient and detailed with all our inquiries throughout our stay. However, a few frustrating incidents dampened the experience.
Firstly, we couldn't check in upon arrival at noon. When we asked at 1:40 PM, they said the room wasn't ready, which was understandable. But at 2 PM, it still wasn't ready. They told us they would notify us once it was confirmed, asking us to wait. We sat in the lobby for half an hour, completely ignored. We had to approach the front desk ourselves to finally be told we could check in. I understand that they might be short-staffed and rooms take time to clean when it's busy, but to then just leave us unattended felt a bit unprofessional.
Secondly, and this is something I truly don't understand, my phone couldn't connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi. I called to inquire, and a staff member came to check. They then told me that Chinese-made Vivo phones couldn't connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. I'm not sure if this is actually true, but it felt like discrimination against Vivo users.
The hotel benefits included many activities, which was great. However, the efficiency was incredibly low, and queue times were extremely long. This was especially true for the Xizheng Slide and cart ride. There weren't that many people, but they claimed to be controlling numbers, with cable cars spaced out. We started queuing 15 minutes before the 9 AM opening, but by noon, we had only managed to do one activity. Most of the time was spent queuing, which was incredibly inefficient and a huge waste of time.
Finally, I have to mention that on our last day, at 6:40 AM, I received a WeChat message asking if we were satisfied with our stay. I'm not sure what the purpose of that was. Although they repeatedly apologized for the late check-in and offered drinks and fridge magnets as souvenirs, and even enthusiastically asked if we had too much luggage and needed help bringing it down, it felt like their enthusiasm came a bit too late.
Overall, the experience was good, but perhaps because it was good, I had higher expectations for it to be even better. It's definitely suitable for children under 10.

LLajiaoduduUpon check-in, the front desk agent upgraded us to a Pine View room, and what a sight it was – beautiful pine trees as far as the eye could see from the window. We stayed for 3 nights and received 3 hot spring tickets. Although my child isn't a fan of hot springs, they absolutely loved the kids' water play area. During our stay, it was also my child's birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a welcome fruit platter and even complimentary birthday noodles when we went for dinner at the restaurant. All the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic and generous with their hospitality. The only minor drawback was the low water pressure in the shower, which made bathing a bit less comfortable.

The check-in and check-out processes were completed in just a few minutes, and she even proactively offered to help with my luggage. GGuest UserThis hotel, nestled in Beihu Park, is truly upscale. The rooms are spacious, the facilities are brand new, and the service is exceptionally attentive. A special shout-out to Lin Yuzhu, a server at the hotel's breakfast area, who was incredibly thoughtful. When my child accidentally spilled a plate, she immediately helped clean it up, showing great warmth and attentiveness. She definitely deserves a thumbs up! The hotel's accompanying ice and snow playground is also a lot of fun, and the best part is there's no waiting in line, so you can play to your heart's content.
