During my stay at the hotel, the service was excellent, especially the concierge, Xiao Hui. He was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and taking care of every detail – a huge thank you to him! Also, the young lady at the front desk on the night shift on the 19th was very enthusiastic. However, I have to complain about the Chinese restaurant. My dad took my child there and ordered black truffle fried rice and stir-fried beef. I don't know if it was because they ordered too little, but the food never came. When they asked a female server about it, her attitude was extremely dismissive, just saying, ”Just wait!” I'm not sure if she wasn't properly trained or if she was just being selective with customers. Later, they asked a manager, who also couldn't give a definitive answer. In the end, they just ordered takeout to the room. Besides this one issue, everything else was great.

The room was incredibly spacious, which I really appreciated! Especially when the afternoon sun streamed in upon arrival, it felt wonderful. The small bed's mattress was a bit firm but perfectly fine for sleeping. The hot springs were very crowded, so soaking in the room's bathtub was a good alternative. The staff were all very welcoming. The breakfast selection wasn't super extensive, but it depends on your taste; you'll definitely get enough to eat. The only issue was the weak air conditioning in the breakfast area, though the room's AC was excellent. The coffee in the lobby was quite good, worth trying. Parking was convenient, with plenty of space right out front.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time, and I especially want to commend Tina at the front desk for her service. The staff were all warm and polite. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, with no long waits at all. They were patient and meticulous when answering questions, and proactively provided important hotel information. When a small issue arose, they responded quickly, offering thoughtful and attentive service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I had a great stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip, it's highly recommended.

Staying at Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring Hotel offers a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and relaxation! This was my first time in Changbaishan, and choosing a hot spring hotel was an incredibly smart decision 😁 The hotel is right by the North Gate (Old Gate), just a 3-minute walk away, which is super convenient. This gate is exclusively for hotel guests, so there are very few people. You need to book your tickets 7 days in advance via WeChat Mini Program. The hotel front desk will issue a paper voucher, and you can enter at your reserved time. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the transfer center. For the return journey, you'll go to the new North Gate, and the hotel provides a shuttle service there too. All in all, it's extremely convenient! The hotel lobby has direct access to the hot springs, and you can enter as many times as you like during your stay. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike is just incredibly comfortable 😜 The Garden Restaurant on the first floor offers a rich buffet breakfast. For dinner, they have hot pot sets that are great value for money. Coming back from hiking to a warm hot pot is simply delightful! The hotel's back garden has pets for viewing. The alpacas are plump, and the sika deer are very friendly and super cute! Our stay included two activity options: off-road vehicle and cable car sightseeing (at Heping Ski Resort) and adventure溪溯 (at Julong Volcanic Pumice Forest Cold Spring). Both were excellent! You need to book one day in advance, and the hotel provides a paper voucher and arranges transportation. The scenery was stunning, we had a fantastic time, and took many amazing photos 🤗 The hotel assigned us a dedicated butler who was responsible for our entire stay. They communicated with us in advance to arrange high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, and reminded us of various important details. This made our stay effortless and worry-free, and the overall experience was superb!

This was our first family trip to Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort, and we chose to stay at Wanda Jin Hua. Throughout our stay, Tu Tu from the executive lounge provided excellent and thoughtful service. She added us on WeChat early on to inform us about our benefits and scenic spot reservation details, which made our entire check-in process incredibly smooth. On the day of arrival, we even received complimentary pastries and fruit. The room was spacious with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful mountain views (՞ਊ՞)👍. The benefits were great fun, but since our child was too young, he couldn't enjoy many of them. We'll definitely bring him back when he's a bit older.

This is a great hot spring resort hotel, located next to Meiren Song Park, in a relatively quiet area of Erdaobaihe Town. It's not within walking distance of places like Enduli or Yunding Market, making it more suitable for a relaxing getaway. I heard it's very popular and hard to book during peak season. There are many Korean tour groups staying here, and there are also many Korean signs in the small street behind the hotel. However, I feel the hotel's zoning management is quite good, as there weren't many Koreans on our floor. The hotel stay includes hot spring tickets, but it's limited to one entry, not unlimited access. The hot springs have indoor pools on the first and second floors, and several outdoor pools on the fifth floor. The overall experience is good, but there's no food or drink service inside the hot springs, so it can't compare to bathhouses in Northeast China. The breakfast tastes good, a bit oily, but very flavorful, haha. Additionally, the hotel stay includes one complimentary send-off service, which is quite convenient.

The room decor was luxurious, and the view from the window was excellent, with sunlight filling the room during the day, making for a very comfortable stay. The indoor temperature was just right, and the windows were sparkling clean. There was an air purifier, dehumidifier, coffee machine, and capsule coffee maker. Both the smart toilet and curtains worked perfectly, and the floor-to-ceiling window let in plenty of light. The multi-level lighting adjustment in the room was very comfortable! **Cleanliness**: The cleanliness was exceptional; everywhere was spotless! **Environment**: The hotel's soundproofing and the surrounding environment were very pleasant. Parking was super convenient; they even registered my license plate before check-in, making entry and exit a breeze. **Service**: I want to particularly highlight the service. I've been traveling around several cities in Jilin Province recently and have stayed in a few five-star hotels, but the InterContinental Gaoxin was by far the most satisfying! Whether it was the service, facilities, or environment, it was simply the best! Before check-in, Lauren contacted me to prepare all the items I needed, and when I got to the room, everything was already there. When they learned my child had a fever, they gave us several bottles of water. Additionally, we ordered chicken soup to help him sweat, and my child said it was delicious. Throughout our stay, whenever we had a request, the response was incredibly quick. Moreover, the overall hotel service was excellent; any requests were handled extremely fast and promptly, surprisingly so – it was the quickest service I've experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in over the years. The front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and customer service staff all had excellent attitudes. The breakfast had a huge variety. The juices were freshly squeezed, the bread was freshly baked, and the beef noodle soup truly lived up to its reputation, with lots of beef. The dinner buffet was à la carte and made fresh, not the typical cold self-service type. While the variety wasn't huge, it was still excellent for a hotel buffet (much better than the Wanda buffet)! I booked a deluxe king room with a view. Before checking in, I contacted the hotel to request a room with a bathtub. Upon arrival, the front desk graciously upgraded me to a room with a bathtub and a courtyard, which I really appreciated. The hotel service was excellent. The shuttle bus was very convenient and came whenever I called. The hotel environment was also great, with direct access to North Lake Park. I was lucky enough to see black swans walking around on the hotel grounds – that made me so happy! There's also a cute animal park with peacocks, deer, and guinea pigs. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely be back.

Downstairs, there's the Peony Garden, home to historical buildings like the Shenwu Hall. This trip back to Changchun was for Jilin University's 80th anniversary. During my stay, I also visited the Museum of the Imperial Palace of Manchukuo, the Former Manchukuo Central Bank, Jilin Provincial Museum, FAW Museum, Changchun Zoological and Botanical Park, and an improv comedy show at 'This Mountain'. Stepping into the Hyatt Regency Changchun, the HYATT REGENCY illuminated sign stands quietly amidst the light and shadows of cascading metal installations. The most satisfying hotel in Changchun. **Facilities:** The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are well-maintained. However, my room door had a gap, causing a whistling sound when the window was open, but my friend's room door was fine. There's a bathtub and a separate shower. You can ask the front desk for kids' toiletries. **Hygiene:** Very clean, and the room was cleaned promptly every day. **Environment:** Elegant. The swimming pool is a bit small and often crowded with swimming learners every day. Breakfast was quite rich, with Northeastern specialty dishes daily. **Service:** Detailed and enthusiastic, meeting hotel standards. **Changying Studio Museum ticket 10% discount:** You need to get the voucher from the front desk. **Location:** Absolutely fantastic! 👍 To the left is You Shan, directly opposite is Changying Studio, to the right-front is a stop for bus 54, and across the street to the left-front is Wanda Plaza.
