Hotels With Pool in Sinaloa, Mexico

The hotel was exactly what we were hoping for. The gardens were gorgeous and the pool was lovely. The staff spoke some basic English which was very helpful for us. The room was very cute. There was a free shuttle that dropped us off at the train station which was very helpful. We definitely would stay again!

Although the facilities are a bit old, it is understandable considering its history of more than 80 years. Almost perfect location: walking distance from the main attractions in the old town, with unparalleled sea views. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not rich, but the dining environment is very comfortable. If I have to mention one flaw, the music on the street in front of the hotel is too loud on weekend nights.

Nice and big room. Staff super friendly. Despite I would not recommend the tours sold at site (in particular Isla de la Piedra one). Swimming pool water was surprisingly cold the night we tried it.

The location is in front the Mazatlan Malecon, near to the beach, crossing the street, the pool has a good shape and clean, the breakfast is simple but delicious and the room has the enough to rest.

The hotel staff were very empathetic, very good receptionists. The guards are very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi are very comfortable and have warm water. If you can go to the beach. I didn't get to try the hotel food.

Hotel limpio, bonito, junto a la playa, buen servicio, agua caliente baño y camas comodas, las almohadas un poco duras, desayuno que incluyó mi reserva no fue tan bueno, es mejor comer fuera si quieres algo especial, pero para algo simple y ahorrar esta bien. Tiene alberca y spa, cerca del acuario y personal super amable y eficiente.

At our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel), We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

Excellent customer service. They provide us with useful information that we didn’t know we needed. Everyone was extremely kind and good at their job.

Good and close to airport , rooms is big the food is delicious and good services

Este hotel es mi favorito en Mazatlán para ir con mi familia, es muy agradable el lugar, los empleados muy amables, un lugar tranquilo para descansar, el restaurante el bufete exquisito, los domingos de brunch muy sabroso. Dos albercas para disfrutar y una vista hermosa, cuenta con servicio de ballet parkin, el cual por el costo de 100 me parece excelente, tomar en cuenta que en temporada alta hay mucha demanda en el servicio, lo cual te brindan un teléfono de Watss app para solicitar con tiempo tu automóvil, eso me parece Exelente por que así programas tu salida con tiempo, lo único que me desagradó es que hubo una persona del ballet que pidió propina, siempre acostumbro andar una propina por el servicio brindado, pero se me hace de mal gusto que no las pidan, de ahí en fuera todo Exelente, los meseros del restaurante papagayo de lo mejoren cuanto servicio, algo que no me gustó es que no respetarán la habitación que pague, aún que haya llegado a las 5 pm yo pagué por dos habitaciones con vista al mar y me dieron dos que estaban en la parte attas del hotel, al llevar niños me desagradó mucho no tener la vista al mar que fue lo que yo pague u me dijeron que ya no tenían disponibles, cuando se supone que ya estaban pagadas desde que se hizo la reservación con 1 mes de anticipación. Sin duda regreso ya que los pequeños detalles no me haran odiar al hotel. Solo la próxima vez que valla que respeten mi reservación.
