DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City was exactly what I needed during my business trip. Comfortable, reliable, and quietly kind. From the moment I arrived, the check-in was smooth and welcoming, and that first warm cookie felt like a small but genuine gesture of care after a long journey. The location is convenient, close to the city centre yet peaceful enough to rest. It made moving between meetings and personal time easy, something I truly appreciated. The room was modern, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the lighting soft, and everything worked perfectly. It was not about luxury, but about thoughtful comfort that helps you recharge. Breakfast offered a good variety and the restaurant had a calm atmosphere that made mornings feel easy. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Very comfortable stay, spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. Bath robes are a nice touch. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits which you can top up from stations on each corridor. Breakfast was very good.

Hotel is well located in city and facility are brilliant and cost wise very nice

The location is not very central, but it is 5 minutes away, and it is also close to the street for eating. In addition, my 15-year old member, the price is not only no discount, but also nearly 200% more than the store price. It is really speechless. The store price is 720, but I received 1880 for one night. It was too unreasonable and could not be refunded. This is Trip.com service

We loved our stay at Radisson Blu. The only downside was the Air Con not working properly, they are really hot rooms and the windows dont open. However, the rooms are so quiet with soundproof rooms, really comfortable and spacious. It was an ideal location near Lyceum Theatre and a lobely square opposite for eating and drinking. We sat at the roof top bar for drinks and staff were polite and helpful. I would love to revisit but the air con was abit of a downside for me.

Friendly and helpful staff. Speedy service in both the restaurant and the pub. Nice and clean. Would benefit from a better coffee machine and electric car charging point.

Really nice hotel for the price, the area is a bit dodgy but the staff was very helpful, near the city centre and train station so it's pretty convenient and there's a tram stop just 2 mins away. Overall pretty good

Nice clean hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, everything you need. I had an issue with the radiator on the first night as it just wouldn't turn off, this was quickly sorted once I told a member of staff. On my last night I couldn't get into my room with the keycard, it was already gone midnight so I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep, It took 2 trip's to reception from the top floor before this was resolved which left me quite annoyed. On my last morning I paid for breakfast, It was a little disappointing, very basic selection on the continental side and the sausages were very poor quality and couldn't eat. There is however a Toby carvery across the road where I had breakfast the day before at a cheaper price, I would recommend going there instead
