Queens Hotel Chitose Reviews

Very close to the chitose JR station, only around 10mins JR ride to the New Chitose Airport. And you can take a 10-15min walk to a very decent AEON supermarkets, with good value selection of fruits. The hotel has a public bath on the G/F. Small room, but do not ask for too much with this room price. Good in value.

Room was clean, and having an onsen and restaurant in the building was a nice touch.

Cheaper option that near CTS airport, only 350yen bus fee to reach hotel. Hotel also provide shuttle bus to airport making it superb convenient. Room size not big but i like the breakfast here

Hotel is not far from Chitose station. I stayed in single bedroom with nice window view. The room was clean and good bed. I paid for Japanese-style breakfast. It was served in a small set but the taste was good. Hotel provided coffee and tea drips for free.

Great business hotel. Room small but functional and included coffee and tea brewing machine. Would recommend if you need a hotel in the area.

They provide free shuttle bus to the airport. But only for specific time schedule. They have onsen, which is great. Location is near to Aeon which has everything you need. Only problem is they split all our 3 rooms far apart. Hence the deduction in service mark. 2 rooms both at opposite far end of the corridor. And another room on a different floor. Tried to talk to the counter to put us all on the same floor at least, but he couldn't understand our request. Only keep informing me that we have 2 rooms on 1 floor and 1 room on a different floor. Which was exactly my point to request for change of rooms.

We enjoyed our stay..the only -ve is room abit small for 2 paxs. AEON was nearby some easy hiking trails were nearby..it was also near CHITOSE train stn 5-6 mins walk. Public bath was big + in winter. There was also a free shuttle from hotel to CTS AP. NO shuttle ftom CTS to hotel. Last shuttle to CTS 0945am. Need to book 1 day b4.

The hotel is located not far from the JR station, however, due to road conditions, it can be difficult to move luggage there. The public bath has a sunna room and it is not bad for a hotel in this size. Breakfast is put in a nice way. But you cannot get extra salad. There is a coffee machine in the room, quite fun to play with.

We really love to recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay the night before your flight from Chitose. It is convenient to get to the hotel as it is close to Chitose Station. The hotel shuttle bus service to the airport is very convenient. With so much luggage, it is much better than taking the train. The room is compact as usual, but it is clean and nice. The staff can communicate well in English. They were very kind to let us leave some of our luggage at the hotel for four days before our check-in date. The breakfast is also very good. There are two kinds of breakfast they offer: an international breakfast and a traditional Japanese one. We had both, but I think the traditional Japanese one is nicer. The restaurant is decorated in Japanese style and is served by many grandmas. It made us feel like we were eating a meal made by Mom. Unfortunately, we had very little time in the morning, so we could not enjoy our time in the restaurant enough. There is also a public bath on the 2nd floor, but we did not have a chance to use it.

It’s 7mins from the airport by JR and a few minutes walk away from Chitose JR station. The hotel room is clean and tidy with a bath and toilet in the room plus a small onsen on the ground floor that helps sooth the sore muscles. The hotel also offers free shuttle to the airport, so it is convenient to go back to the airport.
