It’s overall a nice stay at this hotel. There’s an aeon mall nearby. Good location with walkable distance to Chitose Station.

Basic hotel. Self check in and out at the kiosk. There is parking at the back. Fills up at night

The front desk staff are very helpful, help to store my luggage and allow me to check in one hours before time, the most best part is the hotel provided me a airport transfer early in the morning.... but do remember to book or inform for the airport transport !!!

I arrived very early after taking an overnight flight. I asked the front desk if it was possible to check in earlier and mentioned that I was willing to pay an additional fee if needed. However, the front desk staff repeatedly told me that early check-in was not possible, and the tone was not very friendly. As a result, I had to wait until 3 p.m. while feeling very tired. The hotel room itself was clean and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided. I also had a very comfortable sleep that night.

Good location and within working distance to Aeon but pls be aware that there is no shuttle bus service to airport from this hotel!

For Japan, the room wasn't small; it was actually pretty good. You could easily open two or three suitcases without any issues. For a 'pigeon-coop' hotel in Japan, you can't ask for much more. The lady at the front desk and a slightly plump guy were both very enthusiastic and had excellent attitudes. I went during a very sensitive time, and there were absolutely no problems. I'm not sure if they spoke Chinese or English, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is not far from the JR station, maybe a 10-minute walk. Breakfast is served at the izakaya next door, which was decent and filling, and they even offer airport transfers. If you need to go to the airport, this is definitely the place to book. Otherwise, if you're coming from Hakodate or some other remote place, it's quite a long journey, and if you miss your train, you might have to wait several hours for the next JR. Staying here in advance is the safest bet. The only minor drawback, if I had to name one, is that there aren't many shopping centers or entertainment options nearby, and it gets dark early. If you're flying home, you absolutely, positively must book this place!!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, and very convenient location.

The hotel is ok especially for the location next to the airport and the restaurant at the 1st floor of the hotel. However, we book for non-smoking room but the stafff assign us for 4 floor which is the smooking floor. It is terrible for us !!!!

The room was fine for a solo overnight stay. It was easy to find from the airport by taking the tram, and it's just a few hundred meters walk from the station. There are several convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to grab some food, and there are also plenty of restaurants in the area.

The room was very clean, and the hotel has a hot spring that stays open late. It's a hotel with good value for money.

Very close to the chitose JR station, only around 10mins JR ride to the New Chitose Airport. And you can take a 10-15min walk to a very decent AEON supermarkets, with good value selection of fruits. The hotel has a public bath on the G/F. Small room, but do not ask for too much with this room price. Good in value.

Good location for the area. Close to everything. Can walk to station or just take the bus for under 300 ye to the airport

Room size a bit tight for 2 with 3 luggages but everything went perfect
