Best Western Plus Hotel Fino Chitose ★★★★
"Best Western Plus Hotel Chitose – Convenient Airport Stay with Mixed Service My family and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Chitose this week. The hotel is about 10–15 minutes from New Chitose Airport, and the taxi ride cost roughly $30 USD, which made travel very convenient. Our arrival experience wasn’t the strongest start. We arrived around 2:00 pm and were told our room was ready but that we would need to pay an additional fee to check in one hour early. They held our luggage while we waited in the lobby, and about 10 minutes before official check-in time they offered to let us in to our room (10 minutes early) as a “favor.” Since the room was already prepared, this felt unnecessary and didn’t set the most welcoming tone to charge us. Even simply delivering our luggage to the room while we explored would have been appreciated. The room itself was quite good. It was clean (besides couch stain and shower smudge), relatively spacious by Japanese standards, and stocked with the usual thoughtful amenities common in Japan. The beds were comfortable, and having three pillows per bed was a nice touch. The soaps also felt high quality. The TV is not placed at an angle that makes it easy to watch from the bed, only the couch but we didn’t use it or this living room area. The location is another plus, with several restaurants, Seven-11 and shops within easy walking distance. Service was somewhat inconsistent. The concierge provided a map with recommendations but mentioned being new to the area and couldn’t share much additional insight. When we asked the night desk attendant about nearby places serving Japanese soufflé pancakes for breakfast, she suggested waiting for the hotel café to open at 10:00 am, even though they don’t actually serve pancakes, which wasn’t especially helpful. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very convenient to the airport with reliable WiFi. Just don’t expect highly proactive hospitality or detailed local recommendations beyond the basics."
Portom International Hokkaido ★★★★★
A luxury hotel near the airport, featuring refined interiors, art-inspired design, and a calm, premium stay experience.
Air Terminal Hotel ★★★
"Staying here because i have an early flight next day, its really easy to find, its near the JAL gate E, really huge if you compare it with normal japan hotel size, i think the only dowside is the don't have central AC they only have central heating, but they prepare humidifier and if you ask they will give you an electric fan The breakfast was good typical Japanese style breakfast, also have soft cream and yogurt nice!"
KOKO STAY Chitose ★★★

Chitose Airport Hotel ★★★
"Great location, close to Chitose Station and Aeon Mall. They also offer shuttle service to the airport. A good option for people in-transit."
Tsurumai-No-yu Dormy Inn Chitose ★★★
"The central location made getting around very easy."
Yuyukan ★★
"I stayed for just one night. It was snowing that day and quite cold outside, but the lobby and even the room were warm and well-cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of amenities provided, including toothbrushes, bath towels, and a hair dryer, so I had no particular inconveniences. If I had to say something, the outlets above the bed didn't work well for my smartphone charger or hair dryer, even when plugged in properly, so I had no choice but to use the outlet next to the TV. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would like to stay again if I have the opportunity."
Hotel Grand Terrace Chitose ★★★
"Originally, we only stayed here for one night due to a flight connection, but the experience far exceeded our expectations! The hotel offers great amenities like an on-site hot spring, massage chairs, and a gym. Plus, the complimentary ochazuke (tea rice) for late-night snacks was such a nice touch—perfect after a long day of traveling. What’s more, they provide free airport shuttle service, which saved us a lot of trouble. In the morning, the golden sunlight streaming through the courtyard was absolutely stunning, adding a peaceful and beautiful start to our day. Considering all these, the price is really reasonable and worth it. Highly recommend this place for transit travelers!"

Queens Hotel Chitose
"Overall, a very pleasant stay! I particularly appreciated the airport transfer service — it was extremely convenient, especially for travellers catching an early morning flight. One thing to note: if you’re sensitive to the smell of smoke, do avoid booking a smoking room. That said, the staff were very helpful and kindly assisted me in changing to a fresh, non-smoking room."
Lake Shikotsu Tsuruga Bessou Ao No Za
"Check in at dusk, the environment is quiet and comfortable. It is very convenient to drive directly from the airport to the hotel. The waiter explained the information carefully and had no problem communicating in English. The room is large, new, clean, tidy, and atmospheric. The design is modern and we like it very much. However, it is a bit dark. It would be better if there could be more lighting."
Hotel Route-Inn Chitose Ekimae
"A decent n nice hotel to stay. Near Jr station, very convenient"
Comfort Hotel Chitose
Chitose Station Hotel
"The biggest advantage is that it's directly connected to Chitose Station, so you can get to the hotel without any trouble even in bad weather. It's highly recommended for those who want to use the hotel as a base for sightseeing or attending events, rather than just enjoying the hotel itself. The rooms are kept very clean, and there's nothing unpleasant about them. The breakfast buffet is also very enjoyable! I use this hotel quite frequently when I travel to Hokkaido."
Hotel Raffinato Chitose
"The spacious bath was a real plus!"
Shikotsuko Daiichi Hotel Suizantei
"One of my favorite hotel stays anywhere in the world. Exceptional service. Great Lake Shikotsu views from the rooms and the facility. Meals were outstanding both in their quality and interesting offerings. The negative reviews seem very out of place to us. Assume it is based on which room type selected. Our room was very clean, nice features - deluxe twin. Regarding meals, it is a set menu - if you are particular it may be better to dine elsewhere and order directly. For the Onsen, we did not use as I have tattoos. They do have nice baths in the rooms."

"I stayed at Minn the night before my flight. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and bright. There were also plenty of restaurants to choose from, about a ten-minute drive away."
GRAN HILLS
"The building is very new, clean, and spacious enough. It's also very close to the station, making the transportation super convenient. Overall, a great experience."
SMA・MO inn Chitose
"Seriously great deal. Each unit is warm, clean, tons of power outlets, kitchen area is great… I could go on. Check in time is strict — so don’t be early. Very much recommend."
