"1. Close to New Chitose Airport.
2. Good breakfast
3. walking distance to a family mart and a nice Japanese Barbeque Restaurant
4. Provide free shuttle service to the airport during morning which is an added point
5. Service free coffee
6. The stay is quite satisfactory"
"Chitose airport hotel is very close to the JR station around 5 mins walk. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English as well. Hotel is clean but old. The rooms are huge as compared to other hotels. Stayed in a triple room. There is also free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning only. There are many small restaurant around and also convenient stall opp the hotel. The bus stop is 2 mins away from the hotel from the airport (Bus 6) from domestic terminal."
"Brilliant. Very easy to navigate to find the place. And it has 7/11 just around the corner for some snacks.
This was our first stop after arrival to Japan, and it was late checkin too, so having the reception offering a free parking just right next to the place gave me a peace of mind. Very professional. English level is just enough to communicate about your needs. Thank you for your kindness."
"a conveniently located hotel next to the New Chitose Airport. Free selection of Pillows of various texture and pillow case are possible at the lobby.
This is a choice hotel for a night stay in preparation of early flight on the following day. There are lift access to get to the train station. Getting luggage to the train platform was easy.
Hotel has free parking and is next to a Seven-Eleven convenient store."
"The unit is clean and spacious, with facilities quite new and satisfying a family stay. The rooms are pretty the same as shown on the website. Though the location is a little remote, but it’s near a train station and quite easy to get a taxi using apps like GO. It’s sad that the nearby outlet is not open fully, with most of its shops closed. We had a wonderful stay and our family enjoyed our stay very much!"
"Our tatami room was quite spacious. There was even enough room for kids to sleep on futons, making it great for family trips. Breakfast was average. The surrounding area is pretty rural, which is understandable given it's Chitose. For future stays, I'd prefer a location closer to the city center."
"Good location, clean and tidy. Only thing is that’s still very old school using key to open door and facilities inside the hotel still v 90s.
The best part of our stay is the free onsen provided.
Wana come back for our last day of stay at Hokkaido but price has spiked up 3 times more. Will recommend to friends. 😃"
"It was a good decision for us to rest at hotel at New Chitose Airport - would recommend anyone to stay if arrive late or need to catch early flight. There is an onsen bath which was perfect to relax after long haul flight. Room was clean and quiet- staffs were friendly. Only negative is I wish there is clearer signage from arrival hall to the hotel."
"Food here is good for family have the specialty spicy curry Hokkaido and congee for kids, staff arrange sit at one partition because we have a toddler, and very attentive service from the restaurant. Only drawback is the parking is next to the building and need to carry own luggage to the mezzanine or upper level for check in (lobby is on upper ground) with stairs and wheel chair access. Also good service provider for free shuttle to Chitose Airport and very kind of driver to help us load and unload luggage. I also would like to suggest maybe can provide water for guest because convenient store (7-11) is located 5mins walking from hotel."
"The waiters are very professional, their movements are neat and quick, and the experience is particularly good👍I really didn't expect that the price and quality surprised me, it's really nice😙Although the location is a bit difficult to find, it's better because there are fewer people and no noisy environment. The whole atmosphere is very nice, not bad😁"
曾曾This time I was staying in their annex building. The whole building has 5 rooms on two floors. There is a bar on the first floor, where guests can drink freely. The hot spring is in their main building, and there is a business car to pick you up. The waiter is very nice. But it is recommended to book their dinner in advance, because when we went there was off-season, there was no restaurant in Lake Shikotsu that opened at night, and there was no convenience store.
GGuest UserThe hotel is cost-effective and conveniently located. The only drawback is that it took nearly half an hour to check in, despite having done sufficient research and preparation before the trip.
