3-Star Hotels in Chitose

I chose this hotel because I had an early morning flight, and it's very close to the airport. Check-in is done via a self-service machine, and there are self-service luggage lockers in the lobby. The single room is quite small, but the bathroom isn't too cramped, and the room was very clean. Breakfast is a set menu, served promptly at 6:30 AM. There's a self-service counter for drinks and tea soup for congee. Overall, I'm satisfied.

It’s a compact hotel located near the JR station, just a few minutes walk to the hotel. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, but you have to show your intention when checking in. The reception staff is very attentive. The room is fully equipped. I will come back to stay here again when I have a chance.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of major attractions. Although the room is small, its modern minimalist design is thoughtfully laid out, maximizing space and making movement easy. A nice touch is the provision of two-piece pajamas for guests. The buffet for both dinner and breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a comfortable and well-designed stay with great dining choices.

It was quite a challenge to walk through the snow with my suitcase from Chitose Airport, and it felt a little far, but I was happy with the location as there was a Seico Mart nearby and the room was spacious with plenty of space to spread out my luggage.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from JR Chitose Station, with a convenience store right across the street, which is very handy. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety of choices, though it's not included in the room rate. There's also an airport shuttle service, which is very punctual; you just need to be in the lobby five minutes beforehand. Overall, I had a pretty good experience.

The onsen is great! There is also a ”hidden” spring which I enjoyed soaking into. It is quite unreachable via public transport. They do have scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs at Shikotsuko bus terminal (via reservation). If you did not book dinner or breakfast, be sure to buy food before going, as there aren't many options. Since it is a very traditional ryokan, there are no showers in the rooms (at least in the one I had). You must take a bath in the onsen. I emjoyed my one-night stay here.

The hotel English name is not available in Google Map search, only Japanese name, causing us a little difficult to navigate from New Chitose airport to the hotel. Free on site parking for hotel guest is available. Breakfast is cozy Japanese meals in buffet style, delicious.

There are many places to eat around the place to stay, next to the convenience store, there is a Japanese-style izakaya opposite the convenience store, and the roast chicken inside is delicious. There is a lot of space in the room compared to the place where I lived before. We are in a hurry for two days. The kitchen is fully equipped. Next time, you can ask some friends to stay here for a few more days and buy fresh local ingredients to experience cooking together. In addition to air conditioning, there is electric heating, although Hokkaido in April is still a bit cold, but the house is not cold. Overall it's ok. Will stay again next time I go to Hokkaido.

There were washing dryers and irons, and there were sufficient facilities for consecutive nights.
