Completely renovated, good service and extremely central. I highly recommend it. The spaces are beautiful and there is a lot of calm. The comfortable bed, as well as the pillows. The only thing to note is that the bathroom and toilet doors are glass and are open from the top; curtains cover them; That was no problem for my sister and me, but it may bother some.

Me encantó este hotel, tiene todo: nuevecito, con instalaciones tipo loft industrial de primera, súper cómodo, moderno, atención inmejorable y amable. Los días que estuve hospedada hacía muchísimo calor y aunque el hotel no cuenta con aire acondicionado, el personal amable de recepción me proporcionó uno portátil y con eso bastó para mitigar el calor. Tiene una terraza con una increíble vista hacia la Iglesia de Los Remedios y además se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a sólo una cuadra de la zona arqueológica de Cholula y a 2 cuadras de la plaza de la Concordia, todo queda cerca y perfecto para caminar en el hermoso pueblo de Cholula. Sin duda, se convirtió en mi hotel favorito de este pueblito.

Me gusto la arquitectura y diseño del lugar. Peor siento que aún les falta mucho para llegar a Boutique. El Cancel del baño topaba y no abría por completo, las sábanas tenían cabellos. Todo lo demás adecuado, además que un buen servicio por parte del personal. Les urge el restaurante. Por cierto un dato increíble a su favor, es el mirador del hotel.

Habitación funcional, cómoda, limpia. Instalaciones excelentes, ubicación excelente en el centro, rodeado de restaurantes, bares y a una cuadra de la piramide. Servicio de primera de todo el personal.
