The location is very good. The rooms are clean, the rooms are spacious, and all survival equipment is provided. The disadvantage is that there is no elevator. It's on the 4th floor. My knees hurt a lot. Don't forget things.
The TV is a smart TV. The platform requires you to use your own account. For a while the internet didn't sync. As a result, there is no TV to watch, WiFi is good, so I use my laptop to turn on the sound as a friend.
There is no front desk 24 hours a day. Calls are not answered. Must chat on messenger to reply. Pick up the key at 10 p.m. at the guard.

Not far, not very close from Bangsaen Beach. Overall ok, the rooms are clean.
The bed was soft, stayed on the 2nd floor but didn't sleep well because the room was next to the stairs going up and down. The sound is quite loud. The room has a lot of amenities, a TV that you can watch Netflix on, and the bathroom is not very big, just the right size. But the employees weren't there all night long, there was only a security guard outside.
