The service staff is very considerate. When I arrived at the hotel, a staff member immediately helped me check in, accompanied me to get the snowboard bag, and delivered my luggage to the room. Along the way, they also introduced the various facilities and locations of the hotel. The other staff were very enthusiastic and met my various needs. Special thanks to Mr. Ma Meng from the front office, Mr. Liu Guosheng and Ms. Yan Kaolin from the housekeeping department. The thoughtful help made me feel attached to this hotel. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I visit Genting.

🎿Before going to Chongli to ski, I was researching ski resorts and hotels. The final round: Aranya Wanlong Genting Genting recently has a pop-up coffee shop in Bo Baili where you can check in. Then it is the same as the Olympics. Finally, I chose Genting. I chose the Foothills Hotel @ Foothills Hotel (recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟) in the hotel. The reason for the choice is super simple. It is cost-effective. Although the price seems expensive, it includes a ski ticket 🎫. For people like me who ski for the first time, it is the most suitable. No need to think. The whole style is very Japanese. You can ski in and out of the foothills. There is an entrance on the first floor of the hotel. Going out directly is the ski resort. You can rent ski equipment on the first floor. The room card is the ski card. Get the room card and go to Area A to activate it directly. You can go skiing. You can choose to go skiing during the day of check-in or the next day. I wanted to save some money. I found an outside ski equipment rental on the small 🍠, but it was put 🐦! ! ! No integrity! ! ! Finally, I rented it in the hotel. The process was very smooth. I wore the wrong shoes. The staff pointed it out directly and helped me teach me👍very considerate In general, the room I booked was a king-size bed room without a view (the view room directly faces the ski resort, the view is good, recommended). I experienced skiing at the end of the orthopedics department. I didn't dare to move my waist after the fall. During the Spring Festival, the hotel had almost no holiday decorations, and the atmosphere of the Chinese New Year could not be felt. 2. The hotel's heating is too hot. We called the engineer to turn off the heating twice, but we still need to open the window at night. In Chongli in winter, sleeping with the window open, you can imagine that we didn't need to cover ourselves with quilts for the first two nights 😓 3. The window of the room is next to the tatami, without any protection. We live on the 8th floor. Fortunately, there are no very young children. If there are children, the room is hot and the window is open, it is easy to fall down. I hope the hotel can pay attention to it! 4. The so-called hot spring bath is just a few showers + a bathing pool. Don't compare it with the hot spring pool. It's just a simple bath. I personally feel that if it's not a free ticket, you can just soak in the hotel bathtub. There is no difference. 5. The family room has only one bathroom and a washbasin. It's really a bit difficult to wash in the morning and evening. You need to queue up. To sum up, as a pure ski hotel, the Foothill Hotel is good and worth recommending, but as a hotel for vacation or family fun, it's really ~😓I hope the hotel can learn from the suggestions and there are hidden dangers, and it will get better and better!
