Hotels Near Ciqikou in Chongqing

I have only positive things to say about this hotel and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Chongqing, especially those who want to explore the Shapingba area and/or be close to the Shapingba train station. It's about a 10 minute Didi/taxi ride away which made my commute really easy. I highly, highly encourage anyone to stay at this hotel! 1. It is newly opened (I believe October-December of 2024) and so it is very clean. It literally sparkles! Housekeeping is really good at keeping the room neat and tidy, which you can see from my pictures. I felt very comfortable staying there and of course, the decor was very nice! There is no smoke smell in the room due to it being newly opened. 2. It is a very quiet hotel. It is only one floor (floor 1 is technically the second floor on top of the lobby) to my knowledge and the other guests are pretty quiet. 3. The laundry room is extremely nice. It is very clean (no moldy smell) and the washer and dryer are separate, so it is very effective. There are two washers and two dryers and they provide laundry detergent and also an antibacterial wash if you need it. The laundry room is on the third floor and requires taking a different elevator to get there. Furthermore, the laundry room is in the same room as the gym but there isn't any heavy laundry smell that will disrupt your workout. There are also sinks, an ironing board, and a steamer (if I recall correctly) in the laundry room for all of your needs! The laundry machines are also quite advanced in the sense that you can adjust the temperature if you want; for example, I dried my clothes on low heat. Basically, all of the amenities are nice. 4. Finally, I have to say that the service provided by this hotel is top-notch. You can communicate all of your questions and such to them on WeChat and they reply promptly and so nicely. I checked out at around noon and a few hours later, while en route to my next destination via train, I texted them asking if they had seen a charger or anything of the sort left in the room as I had this feeling that I'd forgotten something. Not only did they reply immediately, but they even sent pictures of additional things that I'd forgotten, such as my slippers, that I didn't even think of. They helped to arrange a kuaidi (courier) to deliver my forgotten items to my next hotel and even helped arrange for express delivery so I could get it as soon as possible. They didn't charge any extra fees for this; all I did was pay the delivery fee for the courier. And when I couldn't track the progress of my order (just foreigner things), they sent me screenshots every time I asked for updates. Another time they helped me out was when I took the wrong elevator and was having trouble getting back up to my floor; I contacted them on WeChat and someone came to help me right away and explain what to do! This is a truly wonderful hotel with really caring staff. I highly recommend staying here!

Opened in 2023, the Haishang Hotel (Chongqing Shiqiaopu Subway Station Branch) is a great accommodation choice in Chongqing. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 7km from Shapingba Railway Station and 33km from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport. In addition, Chenjiaping Metro Station is just a short walk away. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Chongqing Caiyunhu City Wetland Park, Olympic Sports Center Stadium and Golden Lakeside Free Micro Vacation all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Guests of this Chongqing hotel can make use of the parking facilities. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city. This hotel is in a good location, in the middle of the business district. The hotel environment is very clean and sanitary. The service of every front desk lady is also very enthusiastic. If you have any questions, she is available 24 hours a day, especially Xiaoyue at the front desk. I often stay in this hotel. Xiaoyue's service enthusiasm is the best I have ever encountered. I must give it a 5-star rating! I really strongly recommend this hotel! If you don't believe it, you can book it once and experience it yourself.

Located in the Guanyinqiao commercial area, the King World Hotel (Junhao Dafandian) is a five-star hotel granting guests spectacular view of the Jialing River, and is also within easy reach of a large shopping mall and a locally popular food street. All rooms with free internet access are offered in this Chongqing hotel. At the on-site restaurants, guests will find both Chinese and Western dishes on the menu.On the second floor are variously-sized conference rooms, a 600-seat banquet hall and an international conference hall suitable for organizing events. Finally, guests can unwind in the spa or sauna, take a refreshing dip at the swimming pool, or go to the nightclub. Those arriving in their own cars will find a spacious parking lot to accommodate vehicles.

According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling on business.

The facilities are inconvenient to use. The projector is very poor. It is almost impossible to watch during the day, and it feels gray even at night. It is purely a gimmick. Many of the control panels in the room are connected incorrectly, and it is wrong to operate according to the prompts. The bathroom space is extremely cramped and inconvenient. The interface between the shower head and the hose in the shower room leaks seriously. The so-called smart toilet can only automatically drain water and heat the toilet seat, and has no other functions. It is also a gimmick. Guests are basically politely refused when they need to discuss with the reception. The cleaning staff communicates with guests with a serious face and a scrutinizing look. In fact, I just asked for two more bottles of water, which made me feel that I did something wrong.

Facilities: The facilities are very new, newly renovated, in Guanyinqiao No. 1 Office Building. The room facilities are complete, but I don't know what is in the room, the water heater or something, it always makes a lot of noise at night. The electric curtains in some rooms don't work. Hygiene: The hygiene is also good. Environment: In the office building, the environment is not bad. You have to change elevators twice. There is a snack street and various shopping malls downstairs. The subway is also downstairs. Service: It's okay. Fruits were sent when you checked in, but the disposable supplies were not delivered the next day. The hotel asked first.

It is on the 6th floor of the building just out of Exit 1 of Yuanjiagang Light Rail Station. It is very close to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Chongqing Medical University and the Olympic Sports Center. The room booked by 168 had false windows and the room was stuffy. I paid 30 yuan for this one with an outside window. The room is compact and clean, and Tmall Elf smart service is provided. The service of the lady and brother at the front desk is very good. The breakfast is good and the service is also very good. Tremella soup will be delivered after 9 o'clock in the evening. You need to tell the lady at the front desk in advance.
