I read the reviews on the Internet before checking in and they were all very high, so I chose it. But after checking in, there is no problem with the hardware, but the software (service) is too poor. First of all, when going through the formalities at the front desk, the receptionist actually asked a three-year-old child to do face recognition. The national regulations are for adult face recognition, and children are not allowed to do it. In the end, the camera couldn't recognize the child, so he gave up. This is because the training was not in place. The most complaining thing is the breakfast. Go to the restaurant half an hour before closing. Except for the diners, the rest of the vacant tables are all the plates left by the guests, and the service staff don't know how to collect the plates. All dishes are basically gone. Ask the restaurant staff if they can make up for it? They said no. As a hotel, the basic dishes that should be available cannot be interrupted before the closing time of meals. Really speechless, I don't want to stay next time.
