Hotel is located in 解放碑 area - same building as the Westin. Service is great - they help with luggage storage, parcel collection and food delivery. Only thing that could be improved is if there is a fridge in the room.

Rooms were comfortable, and clean. Amenities were refreshed daily. I appreciate the location a lot. Walking distance to luohansi, Jiefangbei, bayi haochi Jie and a major interchange (xiaoshizi) with lines bringing us to many places in chongqing! I must commend the excellent front desk team. They are the ones who made our stay exceptional!!! From sorting out all our queries, to food and convenience stores questions, help with the laundry, and especially ALL OUR TAOBAO parcels. Even returns. Amazing. They made us feel at home. Will miss this hospitality the most.
