The room environment is average, the service is not worth staying at all I mainly want to talk about the front desk receptionist. I checked out one day during a business trip and lost a mobile phone worth 10,000 yuan in the room. When I checked in again, I asked at the front desk whether there was this phone. The front desk replied that there was no, but my family remembered that it was in the room at that time, which led to a conflict between me and my family. After my second check-in, I called again in the room, and when I asked in a very strong tone, I had the intention of calling the police. The front desk said that there was a mobile phone at the front desk, and explained that the mobile phone number could not be connected, but told me that it was after 12 o'clock in the middle of the night because of her mistake. The room time was wrong, and she could call me back. She told me to pay the room fee for the early morning of the 25th. Her tone was arrogant, meaning that it was her mistake to pay the full price of the room fee at midnight, and the phone could be connected, but it was not connected when I returned my mobile phone. It was really bad, there was no quality of front desk customer service at all, it was really ridiculous, a rubbish hotel, I hope the hotel owner will see her performance deduction. She is not qualified as a front desk customer service staff.

房間還不錯，服務和衞生是真的堪憂！剛開始入住酒店，因為選的是浴缸的房間嘛，然後第一次給前台打電話叫阿姨送一下，結果半天送不過來了半個小時了吧，我們又去叫了一下！這還是小事兒，後面就是洗澡看到有浴袍嘛，剛準備穿浴袍上有黃色的東西，跟屎一樣臭，覺得我誇張的可以自己去聞一聞那個到底是什麼東西，酒店挺大的，效率和衞生就這麼堪憂嘛？東西都不檢查一下嗎？忘記拍照了，酒店可以自己去核實我到底有沒有亂説！真的是有點這下頭了，特別是看到了那個浴袍上的東西！
