The hotel my company booked for me is conveniently located with easy access to the subway, light rail, and bus lines, all within a 5-minute walk. It's right in the heart of the pedestrian street, surrounded by many shopping areas. There's a 'Delicious Food Street' packed with restaurants serving hotpot, Bawang rabbit, barbecue, Laifeng fish, braised beef, and so on. Another street is dedicated to snacks, offering Bobo chicken, Chongqing noodles, rice noodles, wontons, Maocai, grilled squid, grilled oysters, and more. Plus, pharmacies, bakeries, fried chicken shops, milk tea spots, and coffee shops are all less than 100 meters away. For a foodie like me, this place is heaven! Highly, highly recommend! 😋😋

Our stay was fantastic! The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly helpful and even offered us complimentary cold bottled water. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with a good variety of options. The clear soup wontons were especially good! The restaurant staff were also very welcoming. The laundry service was excellent too; our clothes were washed, dried, and delivered back to our room by the housekeeping staff. Upon checkout, they even asked if we had a car and told us we could get free parking by just providing our license plate number – such a thoughtful touch! Location-wise, it's very convenient, situated in a bustling area with supermarkets and a mall nearby, making shopping easy. Any requests we had were quickly resolved by the front desk. Highly recommend!!

The service awareness is not good. There was a newlywed couple getting married on the day they checked in. The wedding reception started at seven in the morning. It was very noisy and the speakers were turned up very loud. Seriously affecting other customers' rest. This can be resolved by informing the customer in advance when they check in, rather than telling them that they can't help because they are married.
