I thought it was too late and the hotel didn’t provide it. I waited until I got up in the morning to wash it, but there was no hot water in the morning. I finally got the water to heat up later, but it was just lukewarm water. When I poured it on my body, it was cold. I couldn’t even wash my child’s face! ! Also, the elegant double bed room does not match the picture, it is too small! Our room doesn’t even have a sofa! The experience was extremely poor, and the hotel breakfast was tasteless, with only rice porridge and milk... We even booked it for more than 300 during the Spring Festival... not worth it!

The accommodation experience at Lavande Hotel needs to be improved! The lighting design of the room is slightly dim, and there are no three-wire sockets in some areas, which is a bit inconvenient. The water temperature control in the shower room is not stable enough, which affects the comfort of bathing. The TV response speed is slow. I hope the hotel can make some improvements in this area to make the guest's stay experience more perfect.
