The experience of staying at the homestay this time was very special. Just opened the door of the hospital, I was impressed by the boss's decoration aesthetics. There is no uniform Internet celebrity style, but there is ingenuity everywhere. The stone wall in the door, the old wooden table in the living room is equipped with hand-woven rattan chairs, and the boss’s own small collection is hung on the wall. Even the green plants in the corner are selected with special aura. Every detail can be seen that it is thoughtful and comfortable. It is as special as in a friend's house.
What is more heartwarming is the enthusiasm of the boss. When we arrived, it was the evening. The boss specially cooked the local flower tea for hospitality, and told us a little bit about the surrounding niche gameplay. Which breakfast stall is the most authentic, and which path is the most beautiful to watch the sunset, which is more detailed than the guide.
This kind of homestay with unique style and human touch, sitting by the window to see the scenery, or a little daze, I feel that the time has slowed down. This kind of retro is not stacked, but the relaxation that is penetrated from every corner. I don't want to go when I live in. I want to stay in this comfort. Highly recommended to friends who want to experience local life!

JJOOZWAYI have always wanted to experience the beauty of Qiandao Lake. It was my birthday so I rewarded myself with a trip to Qiandao Lake. For such a leisurely vacation, the choice of homestay is so important! Yungu Songjian Homestay was planted as soon as I saw its pictures. It is surrounded by mountains and has a white two-story building. It has a unique atmosphere even on rainy days. It also has a large swimming pool. It is also very good for taking photos at night. The afternoon tea is exquisite and delicious. They can also provide full meals. They are all authentic specialties. They are delicious and tasty. The staff of the homestay are very enthusiastic. They will take the initiative to ask about your needs and everything is arranged properly! You can feel the kindness and warmth. This really gave me a great experience of the trip to Qiandao Lake!

GGuest UserI traveled to Qiandao Lake in late August and chose two hotels that were highly recommended. I had high expectations for Minghao and specially arranged to stay in the second one. The result was quite different from what I imagined.
First of all, I was very satisfied with the room hygiene and facilities. It is a newly opened hotel. The sanitary napkins and shower room are separated, and the constant temperature shower is good. What I was not satisfied with was that the balcony of the third-floor room was blocked by a half-person-high wall, and the lake could not be seen from the house. Even now, the balcony is not high enough and is blocked by trees, so the view is not wide. It is recommended to choose rooms on the fourth floor and above.
On the morning of the check-in day, the housekeeper called and added WeChat, and sent the arrangement of special summer activities and the business hours of various facilities. The content looked rich and colorful, but it was actually very special. Most of the parent-child activities were set up in a booth in the lobby. No one organized it, and no children participated. The form was greater than the content. The outdoor swimming pool that I was looking forward to was far away from the hotel lobby and could not be accessed indoors. It took a long time to walk under the scorching sun. The road was not separated by people and cars, which was very inconvenient, and it was only open in the afternoon. Some vouchers were given upon check-in, but they all have thresholds. The two free ice cream coupons also have a time limit. I didn't have time to use them in the end. I blame myself for not seeing the activity time clearly. The main playground is not as big as I imagined. I personally think it is less than 3,000 square meters, but it is enough to play. Many areas in it have empty shelves, the carousel is not always open, and the ground in the overall walking area is really hard.
Five apples were given as souvenirs when I checked out. The attitude of the hotel staff is also very good, but there is always a feeling of being forced to operate, and I can't feel it from the heart. The overall feeling is that they want to build a high-end hotel, but they only achieve the form, not the spirit. It is not recommended for vacation.

GGuest UserI stayed for two very happy days. I felt that the scope of the hotel almost covered the tip of the entire peninsula. When I went out, I saw the lake and mountains. There were few people, good service, and excellent scenery. It was far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The air was full of oxygen and fresh grass and trees. The sunset on the lake in the evening is worth seeing, and the photos are also very good.
You can climb mountains and swim outdoors during the day. The package also includes professional photography of the moon gate and a seafood meal. The housekeeper Amy is very good. She will take the initiative to ask about needs and help with various reservations and tours, and reply to messages very promptly. This time I booked a landscape twin room. The whole side of the room is a mountain view, and the greenery is also very good. When the weather is good, you can also enjoy the moon.
Although there are not many choices of food, the taste is pretty good. Western food, Chinese food, wine, ice cream and various types are also taken care of. Fish head is a specialty of the Chinese restaurant, which is really good. In addition, you can try the bayberry wine here. It is not strong and has a good aftertaste. The breakfast tastes good and the variety is quite rich.
In the morning, you can take the hotel's yacht to Huangshan Peak to see the ”public”. The scenery of climbing the mountain by yourself is better than the cable car. There is also a mountain behind the hotel, and the roads are well built, which is very suitable for couples to walk. If you are willing to climb the mountain, there are some mossy paths, which are quiet and deserted. When it rains, listening to the rain in the lush woods is very healing.
After a meal, you can choose to feed the koi and ducks. The concierge will help provide a small bag of feed. Both children and adults can enjoy the fun of feeding small animals.
If you are tired, just sleep or lie down in the hotel. People will be nourished and relaxed in nature and restore vitality. Take a bath in the bathtub at night to relieve fatigue and sleep.
Overall, it is really good and I will come again in the future!

GGuest UserThe room was very comfortable and spacious for the family of 4 of us. Unfortunately the weather was against us and rained everyday whole day during our visit and couldn’t go do sightseeing by foot.
The “guest bathroom” drain was releasing a very unpleasant stinky smell throughout our visit. Highly recommend to spend a few RMB and buy the drain smell problem solver (see picture attached). Promise it will solve the problem!! Installed it in all our apartments where we lived in China that had the same issue.
Our daughter (and us) enjoyed the playroom even though the a/c systems did not allow warm air to heat the room (setting was on hot= 35 degrees Celsius, high speed, but never went over 15 degrees Celsius). Cleanliness could be looked at, lots of human hair lying around.
Reception could possibly take an English course to accommodate non-Chinese speakers, but the language translator came in handy.
Breakfast was mainly Chinese like. But good variety, shouldn’t go hungry.

AAnyaWe had such a wonderful time at Voco! The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The views of the lake are gorgeous- especially from the breakfast restaurant and the gym. You can watch the sun set right over the water. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. I do think the restaurant prices for lunch/dinner are a bit high, but the hotel is just a walk away from other restaurants. It’s located on Yangguang Road, right along a running/walking path next to the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Qiandaohu!

AAlexander 压力山大The hotel is located in the best spot in the town, so you you'll find it very convenient roaming around from here. The place is surrounded by the best fish restaurants. There's a bike rental right in front of the hotel.
The room was clean is spacious. The shower is awesome in case you need to warm yourself up real quick after a winter walk. I strongly recommend to you to get a round corner room (ours was 2607) with the city view, in this case you'll have a purely magnificent panoramic view on the mountain valley to the Sunset side + city with the night city lights + a part of the lake (check out the photos).
The service was great. They brought us fruit as a Chinese New Year gift.
We had a late train back to Hangzhou and the weather was nasty outside, they agreed to let us stay until 20:00 for half the price.
The TV had a lot of movies in English, so it was great too. Breakfast was a typical Chinese one, but I found something for myself as well and it was enough.
The mini fridge was removed from the room for some weird reason, as I understand, since there's a place for it, but that's not a big deal.
We had an awesome time staying here and definitely will come here again soon!

MMarisolDoloresWe are really pleased with the stay at this hotel.
Location is comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. There is even a nucleic acid testing place nearby which is important these days when you travel. All the tourist attractions are also easily available by didi ride (about 10-15 minutes).
Hotel service is polite and always there for you to help you. In the lobby you can find a nice travel agent who will suggest you the daily trips and activities.
The room and the rest of the spaces are clean. I would suggest though to check the pipes in the toilet because there was this characteristic bad smell. A little minus for the room amenities is the lack of a fridge.
Hotel has a free laundry which is a life saver when you do a lot of water sports every day.
We really like sport so we were happy with the swimming pool and the table tennis place.
Swimming pool is big and comfortable but there was this loud megaphone during the day which made it hard to relax. Other guests could hear it as well from their rooms.
