Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza
"very very much friendly"
Comfort Suites Cincinnati University - Downtown
"The front desk were very kind and helpful. The beds in the room were horrible. They were extremely hard and the pillos too soft making it very uncomfortable. I expected comfort but ended up with getting only an hour of sleep. Need to change this."
The Westin Cincinnati
"I was really disappointed when I tried to get a late check out because I was running the marathon. The lady working (Ellen) the desk during the day was very rude about it and said it was not possible. I then talked the the 2nd, over night and early morning shift and they accommodated my request with no questions asked. I also talked to a few other guest and they had the same experience as I did."
voco THE CLAIR CINCINNATI DOWNTOWN by IHG
"Located in downtown, the hotel is very good, the service is great"
Comfort Inn & Suites
Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Midtown Rookwood
"Not far from the airport, clean and tidy, good breakfast. Friendly service. The air conditioning is a bit noisy, but you can turn it off to sleep without getting too hot."
The Summit Hotel
"I scheduled my stay weeks in advance and the day of, they canceled my reservation and said it’s no longer available. These guys suck."
Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati/Uptown-University Area
"Not cost-effective"
SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Midtown
"The front desk service was extremely poor and suspected of being ******. They were all smiles and friendly when speaking to white and black people, but their faces fell when they saw Asians. The first room had bloodstains on the pillow, the toilet was not cleaned properly and was disgusting, the exhaust fan was extremely noisy, and the light kept flickering. When I told the front desk I wanted to change rooms, they stared wide-eyed at me with disbelief. After the new room was given, there were still some minor issues, but I was too lazy to bother mentioning them again."

MainStay Suites Cincinnati University - Uptown
Quality Inn & Suites
"The hotel was nice , but the location is scary. There is a gas station with a White Castle right across the street and you can hear noise from there. The police were over there around 10:00 and I heard a lady scream at 2:30 AM. I ended up calling 911 to try to help her. I don’t think I ever went back to sleep."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites CINCINNATI NE - REDBANK ROAD by IHG
"Nice hotel"
Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Cincinnati Oakley
"Great location with free parking! Nice staff and clean comfy rooms. Plenty of restaurants and things nearby. Will stay again."
Fairfield Inn & Suites Cincinnati Uptown/University Area
"The hotel is located near the University of Cincinnati, surrounded by many restaurants and a Target department store next to it. The hotel facilities are old, and the mobile phone plug at the bedside is too old to use. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is American. The attitude of the service staff is quite satisfactory. The most unsatisfactory thing is that the parking lot is not in the hotel, and it takes a long way to get there, which is not very convenient. It costs $14 per day."
The Cincinnatian Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton
"Extremely noisy at night. Priced way too high as well."
Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati-Downtown
Courtyard Cincinnati Midtown/Rookwood
"Good location with quiet surroundings despite near major road. Very close to many outlets at Rookwood commons and pavilion. Very comfortable beds. Strong internet connection. Large TV with many channels. Large and clean bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Special mention must be made of one outstanding young staff called Mike. Initially he could not find my reservation despite me having a confirmed reservation number. It was later he decided to allow me to see the list of guests arriving that day. I realised my COLLEAGUES name was in the list of guests and later realised that I made the booking under my colleague's name accidentally without realising it. Thanks to this being resolved we were able to check in without having to make a new booking and incur the loss of the trip.com booking. He also helped me to change the booking name to my name instead. A big kudos to mike for saving our business trip from being a disaster!!"
Hyatt Place Cincinnati/Sharonville Convention Cen
"This hotel breakfast is ordinary, too simple, not as good as holiday."
Residence Inn Cincinnati Downtown/The Phelps
"The hotel is great, in a great location, the kitchenette works great, and the staff is friendly. Helped us check in early."
TownePlace Suites Cincinnati Oakley
"We stayed at the TownPlace Oakley for our granddaughter’s graduation. The hotel is nicely designed, the rooms are comfortable and the hotel offers free breakfast. The hotel is located near dining and shopping. The real highlight, though, was the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. We have never stayed in a hotel where the staff were so friendly. The floor staff personally engaged us to make sure we didn’t need anything. A special shout-out to Melissa in the breakfast area. Very eager to help. We would definitely stay hee again."
TownePlace Suites Cincinnati Downtown
"Location is in the center of downtown. Breakfast is good too."
AC Hotel Cincinnati at the Banks

"Very interesting hotel, good environment, close to Cincinnati Medical College, the hotel parking is in B2, the front desk will guide you, the terrace is more flavorful in the morning"
The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection
Homewood Suites Cincinnati Midtown
"The room is large, the location is good, clean and comfortable."
