Lovely friendly clean hotel and dining area

Nice hotel, great staff food was good.

Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room was a decent size and very clean the beds where very comfortable, The food in the restaurant was ok not brilliant,we had the homemade lasagne. don't know about breakfast. The hotel leads on to race course which is great and is in a nice setting, would definitely use this hotel again

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were super friendly. The receptionist who booked us in was super lovely.

very durty room and bathrom v bad

Was disappointed main restaurant was closed only bar area which was freezing needed wear a coat and the seating was not ideal for dining. Menu choice was limited due to sold out items.

Hotel was a great stay, staff friendly and service was great, food at restaurant was delicious.

The hotel is 3 stars (I believe), so I wasn’t expecting much. And the toilet handle didn’t work well. Food was ok. The lasagne was a small portion. But service was good ◡̈

Friendly staff, no issues.

We were there for Ladles Night. Everything was fine except for a few glitches with the tech in the restaurant, also our door card was a bit reluctant to let us into our room. Not overly impressed with the set menu, gammon was a bit dry and the banana dessert was chewy.

Absolutely rubbish time and time again reception staff asking have you paid for your room time and time again showed proof of payment different staff asking also stopped my key cards from working the second day for no reason again harrrased I got the feeling it was a racial thing against me and my family as we are Asian very unpleasant upset my son his 6 years old I am in the middle of court action against holiday inn
