Private and exclusive land, the owner Pete is very nice, the hotel environment has nothing to say, but there should be only 4 rooms in total, there should be only 4 rooms in total, the environment is not to say, I will definitely go here next time, I suggest you drive, the place is more partial, people who like quietness can Long stay

Super agreed as an interim stop to the ferry. Owners themselves make the transfer to the ferry. All is very relaxed. A great beach restaurant is also nearby.

The rooms & hotel area were okay. But the hotel is quite far from beach other places (restaurants, shops etc.). So I think it's better suited to family or group who wants a quiet place separate from others. Also, it's quite hard to go outside unless you have your own transportation (i.e. no public transportation at all). It's also quite a long walk to the beach/main tourist spots (1 km) but I think you will need to be careful at night since you have to walk on quite an isolated road which pass thru some rubber farms which is quite dark at night.

I have stayed at the Talaysai Hotel on and off for 11 weeks over the last 4 months. I have had four different rooms and all of them have been spacious, modern, newly decorated in bright and pleasant colours, and they have all been spotlessly clean. Mrs. Lek, the owner and manager, goes out of her way to make you feel at home and has been a reliable source of knowledge and assistance every time I needed anything or there was something I did not understand, which was quite often 😊 . All of the staff are friendly, positive, and helpful. An extra bonus staying here is the wonderful buffet breakfast every morning, consisting of a wide variation of Thai and Western ingredients and choices. Thung Wua Laen Beach is a beautiful little village and the beach itself is over 2,5 km long and is one of the nicest I have seen in my 35 years of travelling to Thailand. The place is quiet and hassle-free. If you are looking for a place to get away from Thailand’s mass tourism hot-spots and just relax and breath, this would be an excellent choice. I have not left yet but am already mentally starting to miss it and the people. I will be back again in November.

Go to a friend around Pathio, a friend recommends to sleep here, lie down and watch the sea and near the airport in the evening, come down for a walk on the beach, the beach is not beautiful, can not go down to swim. (No one goes down) is a rocky beach, but the atmosphere is good, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, may hear the sound of people knocking the room next to it. Had a great time staying at this hotel. A little far from town but the beach was just across a street. Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable and there were ample pillows plus bolsters. We stayed in one of the family rooms and it was spacious. Breakfast was ok. But too many flies flying around the bread and salad was a little off putting. Other than that, everything else was fine. They even helped us when we needed to order some snacks, and also assisted in the booking of our snorkeling tour. Overall, very enjoyable stay.
