Facilities: Airport shuttle is available, departing every hour. This place is a dump with no air conditioning. You cannot control your own room temperature. We had to open our window the 6 inches it allows and listen to the freeway all night with the gas station lights in our eyes. We called down and walked down to the front desk for help and they couldn’t do anything to help us. Not even a plug in fan. Our friends stayed too and their rooms were the same. At 250$ USD a night it’s ridiculous.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights to make an overnight visit to Iguazu Falls on the 2nd day easy. I tried to get the airport shuttle back from EZE to the hotel following the front desk’s instructions for using WhatsApp. I was first given info on a shuttle to the airport instead of from. Then received no response despite 2 more tries and had to find my own transportation. When I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, I was told I was wrong until they finally looked at their WhatsApp account and saw my messages with no response. Then received the weakest I’m sorry.

I stayed at this hotel March 10th- solid hotel for a 1-2 night stay- airport shuttle worked well. Italian restaurant was really good- huge portions and good quality Note- the Shell next door shop is closed for renovations, so did not find anything close in walking distance for any snacks/drinks to purchase Gym is so-so

Close to airport only plus. Stayed overnight before early departure. No hot water. Earlier called maintenance twice to fix tv and he could not set the room clock or stop the red light flashing on the phone. Promotions everywhere for the trattoria which was closed. Food in bar overpriced and awful. On check out Alex could not have cared less.

The hotel and facilities are nice and it is the most convenient to the International Airport (EXE) but please use the Buyer Beware approach when dealing with them. We made prior arrangements, by phone, to leave luggage there ahead of our booked stay at the hotel. this was necessary due to the luggage constraints for our excursion to Iguazu Falls. On the day we arrived the Front Desk said they were not aware of these arrangements and the on duty manager said "Do you have proof?". We were forced to pay to rent a room for two nights to store the luggage. We later saw that they have a large secure room off the lobby for storing luggage. I have complained to Holiday Inn and to IHG but have had no response, The hotel was under renovation and I think the manager saw an opportunity to increased slow bookings!

Free shuttle to airport from hotel on the hour. They will collect from airport hourly. 10 minute drive up the motorway to airport. Sited close to the motorway and next to a petrol station. Ask for a room other side to the motorway. Lots of noise from road and the petrol station. It is about as convenient an airport hotel Buenos Aries has to offer. It is a standard city hotel hence 3 stars. Within the hotel is a bar that does bar food and or an Italian restaurant in the Tom next door The Italian is excellent. Portions are huge. You buy one pasta dish and a sauce and it is more than enough for 2. Quality is first rate. Service is very good. Salads will be enough for 2. From what we saw of other meals the standard of food is excellent.

Holiday Inn EZE is a great stay for whom are arriving or departing from the airport. First, the hotel offers a 24-hour free airport shuttle service. Second, this hotel understands the unique schedules that people have regarding air travel and usually accommodate early- or-late checkin. Third, the rooms are comfortable. Finally, there are two excellent restaurants (steakhouse and Italian) adjacent to the hotel.

I was incredibly impressed with this "airport" hotel. First, it's at least a 10 min cab or shuttle ride from the hotel, so not exactly on property, but certainly close enough and the closest 4-star hotel. Before booking in reading the reviews so many rated it as 4 star or whatever based on location or a caveat "for an airport hotel". To be clear, in my opinion, this is a very solid 4-star hotel regardless of location including those close to tourist attractions within Buenos Aires. This is a very beautiful hotel and property. It is set on several acres that is well vegetated and landscaped. A very restful vibe from the time you arrive. The lobby offers more than ample room and never feels congested. The pool and pool area at the back of the lobby, is beautiful with a pool large enough to actually swim in and accommodate sufficient numbers of guests comfortably. There is also bar and food service provided. There is also a great lobby bar that is spacious well-appointed and staffed with friendly bar tenders and servers. I had a standard type room that was spacious, well furnished and spottlessly clean with a very nice bathroom and tub shower. I prefer a walk-in shower, but this one was more than sufficient since it had great water pressure and an adjustable shower head. The bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable and I slept soundly. And since it isn't "at" the airport exactly, it is also much quieter and I heard no airplane noise. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport but they only run on the hour, so not quite as convenient, but no problem. Just plan to get to the airport in plenty of time. There is also an incredible restaurant outside and a very short walk from the lobby - still on hotel property, which BTW, is fenced around the perimeter. There is also a guard on duty at all times. I felt very safe and secure. This restaurant is very large and beautiful, with an Argentine BBQ them specializing is steaks with some seafood. I had perhaps the best rib eye I can ever recall. And I loved the staff there. A lot of locals eat there I discovered and I understand why. And you get A LOT of food for the price you pay. I believe the room price is incredibly reasonable considering everything you get - beautiful common areas, great bar, nearby restaurant and spacious and comfortable rooms. And the bonus, it's 10 min to EZE.
