When arrive at hotel ... We must pay again until price 150k idr ... If trip.com offer 117k with 7k discount, we must pay 26k more ... Price trip.com offer not match with on the spot ... Thats make disapponted

Wi-Fi does not work despite 3 receptionists trying to fix it. Room was filled with bugs and very dirty curtain and walls. Very noisy from inside the hotel. Only thing going for it is it’s cheap as anything but I guess I should’ve expected this very poor quality for the price.
