Stopping for one night ... room was clean & welcoming - bed as comfortable. Was nice to have the shower vs tub/shower combo.

Quite honestly I’m very disappointed with this hotel, for being in such a nice area with great surroundings the building itself and what it offers as a company is terrible. Bathroom was dirty, towels were rough, bed was poorly presented, soap was size of a coin, shampoo was a one time use and the staff does not care at all.

Bed was comfortable and room temperature / humidity level was also very comfortable - good combo for a good sleep! Hot breakfast and good coffee. Its right off of the interstate but that side of Clarksville isn't very built up or busy so it was quiet and safe.

We choose hotels which have the doors to the individual rooms opening to an interior hall, which this hotel did. The night manager was very welcoming. Our room was clean, and when we turned on the heat using the thermostat, it worked well. The hair dryer mounted on the wall in the bathroom included a night light...nice touch. The free breakfast was typical with cold and warm choices, however, no fresh fruit. We would stay again.

I have no idea how this property rates 8.6. It is old, beat up and nothing special. Water is the shower was barely warm. Staff people are nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable too -- so much so that we were a little nervous that it might not be such a nice place. We were pleasantly surprised! Excellent value and would definitely stay there again.

Check in was good. Front desk very welcoming. Room was fine. We were given a disability room on 1st floor we did not need this room should of been left for someone that needed it but than we found out why. When you took a shower the bathroom flooded. The pitch of the floor was not right so the water could go down the drain. Went to front desk to tell them about it and they knew about it but no solution ask for a mop said she couldn’t give us one cause it was locked in. So I ask for extra towels so we could soak up the water in fear of falling. She could only find one extra towel so we had to use our towels and shared a towel after we took our shower. Very disappointing. Other than that it was a convenient place to stay close to restaurants etc.
