Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown Reviews

We loved our stay at the Drury Plaza, Downtown Cleveland! The staff was all very nice. Most hotels in this area and price range didn't have a pool or spa, so the swimming area felt like a bonus! It was clean, and very enjoyable. The kick- start they offer was amazing! It was an entire dinner included in the hotel price! PLUS 3 adult beverages per adult staying! They were classic drinks, think cranbery vodka and whiskey and cokes. Breakfast was also delicious! It had a lot more to offer than just the normal hotel continental breakfast. The eating area was super clean and kept up nicely. We walked 5 minutes to the House of Blues for a concert. The walk was pretty strait forward to the Downtown area! The hotel itself was pretty clean. It's a bit out dated (no USB outlets, the plumbing is obviously old, and drained a bit slow, small tvs, old carpet) but it didn't really take away from its old time unique charm with all the marble and lighting. The beds and pillows were super comfy! My son did mention he wished he would have brought a cozy blanket, bc theirs are pretty thin. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we are in the area! We will also look into staying at different Drury locations when on trips!

Hotel is clean and great amenities! Staff is friendly and courteous. I would recommend! I stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel for a short getaway!

The hotel is good. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Cleveland.

Drew's store is in a great location, and it was built in 1930. You can see the history from the elevator. 1. Everyone at the front desk has a sense of white superiority, and the sense of contact is all about eye isolation. 2. Please do not stay in room 229. It is close to the front desk and the lobby is very noisy. Even in the middle of the night and early in the morning, there is noise. The old building has no sound insulation at all. 3. The room is cleaned every day, but it is just organized. 4. For the buffet in the evening, everyone should just buy something to eat.

I like how the hotel is fairly clean compared to other hotels. I didn’t like the parking situation or the lack of help the desk person and valet was.

Kickback surprised! Didn’t know free snacks and free drinks! Breakfast was also available but hoping it’s at least till 103o or 1045 am. Too short for breakfast buffet

Very nice facility and service. The afternoon complimentary dinner saved us time and cost to eat outside on a rainy day. Kids wanted to stay longer at this hotel.

lovely hotel in a fantastic central location. 10 minute walk to the rock & roll museum. The hotel was immaculate with very comfy beds. Kick back & breakfast were really good.

Rooms were clean , staff was polite and helpful, hot tub was a little dirty but the pool was clean. Good food at the teachers lounge and really enjoyed breakfast as well. Over all we enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!

Gorgeous building to begin with! Check-in was easy and simple. Beautiful lobby with west-facing light coming in made it especially pretty. Upon entry into our room, we were stunned by the high vaulted ceilings, large windows and size of our room. The pool and hot tub were adequate though I am not sure where we were supposed to shower before hand (our room?) The evening drinks/dinner reception and breakfast times were very well stocked and the staff were kind and attentive. Lots of options of food and drink for our needs, though lots of unhealthy options prevailed but we were able to find a few healthy options like salad, fresh fruit, oatmeal and vegetables. We had great sleep as it seemed quite quiet and did not hear much noise at night beyond a door or two in the morning opening in the hall. Lots of parking options around the hotel and close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and sports venues. We would gladly stay at another Drury hotel in the future.

Beautiful old restored building. Nicely converted into hotel rooms. Impressive high ceilings, wide halls. Stay here. Aiyahnna at the front desk was very helpful.

The property is beautiful, the historical building is well kept, and the rooms are clean and well suitable. The only downside was the toddler who hit the floor and continued to run around at 7:30 this morning.

We love this hotel, we walk around all day and if we need our vehicle valet will get it for us.
