Nice live performance by the pool and good location

The service provided by this resort is quite poor.

Such a beautiful hotel in a good location lov Ky pool and atmosphere on level 5 where the bar is also has a abc store located inside the hotel super convenient

Love the design of the hotel and excellent location.

I booked oceanview(paid extra) but it was more like building view. Only saw the ocean in between the big buildings.

It was so close to Waikiki and there were so many things to see. It took a while to check in because everyone was rushing in.

The bathroom was not clean. The staff seemed to be mostly young and had a foreign-like manner. For Japanese people, it seemed a little too casual. There were few smiles and check-in took too long.

It's right in front of Waikiki Beach, so it's easily accessible. The view is of course the best because it's a Premier Oceanfront View. Early check-in is possible even though the Korean Air flight arrives in the morning. It's nice that you can use the lobby beach towels as you like. Since it's our honeymoon, we left a message to the hotel, but we didn't receive any flowers or chocolates, which was a shame.. The pool view is okay, but it's smaller than I thought.

I saw in other reviews that the facilities were outdated, but overall, it felt new and the location is right in front of Waikiki Beach, so it's great for shopping and going to the ocean. I came to Oahu for shopping after being on another island, and the location is good enough to walk to this accommodation. The only regret, like other reviews, was that the soundproofing was really poor.

The room was quite cozy and the waiter was quite nice. Overall, it was a relatively new hotel in this area and should have been renovated. Although there were some flaws in the details, it was quite new compared to the Hyatt next door. Our room was a bit noisy, maybe because it was close to some host.

Booked a sea view room, but can only see the sea from the side of the balcony. The room is not big, with two beds on one side and only a TV cabinet and a small garden table with two chairs on the opposite side. The room facilities are almost three-star level. The room only provides 2 bottles of mineral water on the day of check-in and is cleaned every 2 days.

The room is very clean and the environment is very good. There is an ABC supermarket and a coffee shop on the first floor downstairs, which is very convenient.

Good! It's a place with a great view. I recommend it to families, friends, couples, etc. Great weather and nature in Hawaii. A memorable trip of a lifetime.

This is the worst service I have ever received. It's been over a week since I received my deposit refund, and I booked an ocean view, but they gave me a partial ocean view room. And the next day, they changed my room after 3pm, which was the worst service I've ever received. I never want to go there again, and I won't recommend that hotel to anyone around me. Don't be fooled by the fact that it's a 5-star hotel. I recommend that you go to the Hyatt, which is a 4-star hotel.
