The bedding was comfortable. All the staff members were amazing. Every meal was delicious. We were well fed; breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Bottomless, coffee, herbal tea, granola, apple, plain and flavored water throughout the facility. My partner had a wonderful birthday weekend.

I called St.Anne's Spa today I was not impressed by the customer service. I had to ask the questions I felt like I was prying for information. The sales department never seem enthusiastic to up sale there massage packages. The attitude was we don't need to your business because we have enough clientele. I think St.Anne spa should show enthusiasm to all inquiring customers. .

The “day” experience was wonderful, very restful. The new addition was well thought out and elegant. The property is sensational with a view of Lake Ontario, gazebos for small groups to converse, lovely pool and 5 thermal spas. Meals were 5 star with varied selections.

Had a great birthday! Staff, food and facilities were fantastic. The grounds and the many things to do made the day go way too fast. I really enjoyed my massage and after an exceptional delicious lunch Brandon our server brought out my dessert with Happy Birthday written on the plate and everyone around us sang Happy Birthday to me.

Staff on site are amazing. They make you feel like home. The place itself absolutely makes your mind and soul so peaceful...totally forget about the hustle bustle out there. We have stayed overnight so tried lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast...all are so well prepared and delicious. All the fresh local seasonal ingredients make such a difference. It was an unforgettable mother's day experience for us. My mom enjoyed so much and we will definitely go back soon!

Spa experience was amazing! The food was delicious and filling! I had an Indian head massage which was wonderful! Will definitely have another one next time I go! The saunas have an assortment of temperature to fulfill everyone’s wishes! I only wish that they had an all year round pool!

Excellent amenities, highly skilled staff, an exceptional dining room and generous gourmet meal options make Ste-Anne’s Spa well worth it. Nestled in a quiet, expansive rolling hills atmosphere within view of Lake Ontario, this property provides natural beauty and a sense of peace and relaxation far removed from city life. It’s very accessible and a pleasant drive from Montreal and Ottawa.

My wife and I have been here many times and we stayed over the Easter weekend. Our stay was up to the usual high standards and the Easter egg hunt yielded us a treat as well. There are always improvements and new approaches underway while still maintaining the country charm that we enjoy.
