Lobby looks amazing but when you get to the rooms room is dated sheets are worn out room smells, spa manager is very rude

The property overall was pretty good. I'm not sure if I would call it four star but definitely safe clean and no issues other than how close in proximity the room next-door is. you can literally see the light on in the other room from under the door that's connecting your room in their room and the walls really are paper thin you can hear people snoring through the walls literally. And it is because of that I would not call this property of four star resort

Nice rooms and Very accessible parking. However the price was just a bit too much for what was provided. Wasn't worth the money spent. They have a restaurant on site and my wife and I were served cold burgers and fries, and her burger was completely raw. However they did fix it promptly and gave her a fresh plate cooked right and also only charged us for the one. Overall was an ok experience.

The property grounds and views are amazing. The terrace is beautiful and the restaurant is nice.
Our particular room was in need of maintenance for a variety of items. Sliding screen door was off the track, the heater virtually shook the wall, and the bathroom fan sounded very loud and on last legs. The room just seemed a little sad and tired. Bed was very firm and pillows were terrible. They have gone through lengths to put bandaids on things instead of fixing or properly replacing. A few lights were burned out.
There was great water pressure and nice hot water. But if you get a room that faces the green open space, it may be worth the imperfect/ outdated room. Just a shame as this hotel could be amazing with some Tlc. I'd recommend the king w gas fireplace. Bring your own q tips, cotton balls, etc.

This is a lovely resort, with beautiful grounds, and a great outdoor pool kept at a comfortable 83F, which we took advantage of. Our room was spavious and well-appointed.

The property is very convenient - quite and tucked away, near to the heart of Sedona, the hiking trails, the stargazing areas. The room had the basics and was clean and contained.
While checking in, the staff who was assisting me with this was not the friendliest - she gave me a snide response to when I asked about the location of my room, and then was offended when I asked about safety about being out late. As a single traveler in an unknown area, an easy response to put me at ease would have been "it's very safe", and not "what do you mean?".
Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

The photos / description were a bit misleading, as our room did not have a view of the Red Rocks (a main factor in our decision to stay in Sedona). The room itself was clean, but dark, and the walk to the lobby/restaurant and other amenities was longer than expected, as we were in the furthest building. We were surprised that staff were not able to accommodate basic requests, like providing a bottle opener. The restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed a great massage at the spa, but likely wouldn't stay again based on the room.

Pictures are deceiving. I was given a pet friendly room with asking for it. My guest is allergic. They changed it no problem. But no views at all. Just the parking lot. Other motels in the address had way better views. I asked in advance if there was electric car charging stations. I was still given a room at the very end a very long walk from the charging station to the room. On a Beaverton this was super uncountable, not to mention many days there were non electric cases in the charging stations. Not only did I have to walk far everytime I needed to park I had to ask someone to come out to turn of the charger. They should remove the word resort from the name. It’s a motel that charges a resort fee. There is no view from the pool as the suggest. The spa is over priced. The restaurant is overpriced and the vegan option is silly. We were staying for 5 days there’s no microwave in the room. Twice woken up and scared by car alarms that took way too long to shut off. The room is very clean the cleaning service is excellent other than that I really regret my stay.
