The stay was what I needed. Location is on point and the staff were polite. Parking was good room was clean

The room is clean and hygienic. It's quite close to the airport. There is a free airport shuttle, which is suitable for morning and evening transfers.

The facilities and services are really poor, I hope you can correct them!

The room and breakfast are good, but the pick-up bus is unreliable. The front desk said that the shuttle bus would come in five minutes, we stood in the cold wind and waited for more than half an hour, but nothing came!
