€500 per night is not worth it for the quality of room and service. Very noisy and not very simple you can hear the toilets and showers of the neighboring rooms.

Very close to the city Centre and able to walk around and get back to hotel fast. Enjoyed the ease of accessible accommodation

Not suitable with kids the place is gud near station and cathedral but the hotel in it is to dirty ,no aircon or electric fan,no ref.

The location of the hotel is very good. It’s a couple of minutes from the cathedral and 5 minutes to the train station. However, that’s were the good ends. The hotel itself is very old. The rooms are a good size but they lack any kind of amenities you would expect. There was an air conditioning unit in the room but no remote. When asked about it, I was told there was no conditioning and had to ask for a fan. The TV remote wouldn’t work. It was reported to the hotel but they said it works on their TV. The bathroom smelled of urine and the shower was very very slow. The WiFi was awful. You had to stand at the door just to get signal. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you spend any time in your rooms.

Location is good. However the room is small especially the single bed. Is good for those just staying for 1N. Near to attractions, restautants/cafes/, shopping area.

It was a short but sweet and very comfortable stay. Reception was very welcoming, nice and Accommodating. Clean, safe and a stone away from the Cologne Cathedral and Christmas Market. We were able to enjoy our time but will Definitely come back again with more days to stay in Cologne. Highly recommend and appreciate Accommodating us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location is very good

The location is excellent. The cleanliness is acceptable. The hotel facilities are basic. The elevator only goes to even-numbered floors. We stayed on an odd-numbered floor and had to carry our luggage up and down, which was very inconvenient. We had to find a place to store our luggage, and there was no service. The room was very small. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. There was no refrigerator. The children's bed was a bunk bed. We don't recommend staying for more than one night.

The room was not clean enough, there was no phone, I brought my own bed sheets. The faucet had a layer of dust on it. So did the tabletop. It was friendly to have free water every day. But you can't modify the order after booking, I wasted two days. Sad. If you don't have breakfast, you can buy milk and bread. The room is facing west, there is no air conditioning, to be honest, it is very hot. The weather in Germany is not hot, but it is really hot in the west.

The room is clean and tidy, with convenient transportation, close to the cathedral, and many places to eat around. The hotel has complete facilities, considerate service, free luggage storage, we arrived before 12 o'clock, and we were checked in immediately, thank you hotel owner!
